  1. I still think the worst part is landing within sight of the kerbal space station, i always get screwed by the air resistance
  2. I want this.. i want this a lot
  3. i Still think its something that needs to be learned? or am i just slow, for needing a youtube video to tell me how to make an orbit more circular?
  4. Let\'s face it. A lot of the Kerbal Space Program revolves(Pun intended indeed) around orbits, and orbiting. Many of the challenges here can be pretty daunting and hard for the newly arrived players, who may want a challenge which will familiarize them with an important aspect of the game: Orbiting. In this challenge you are to make a perfect orbit around Kerbin at an altitude of 300km. For the orbit to be regarded as 'Perfect' The apopapsis and Periapsis should have a difference in at most 100m +/- to the 300km mark. Post your screen here as proof. after that land safely(parachute optional, but recommended for Jebs safety) on Kerbin land (not ocean). Additional challenge for the OCD kids: No more than 30m difference, and land within sight of the Kerbin Space Station(still on land). If you want information on how to do this, i recommend this instructional video:http://youtu.be/U_B9lv_M3oc Here is my best attempt: (if you dont have my awesome paint skills, feel free to post two screens) Forgot to pack a parachute, and to make a seperation for the command module, but got pretty close, damn print screen diddent want to let me show you Happy Orbiting fellow kerbonaughts, and best of luck!
  5. I have tested the game for a few days and i\'m really impressed with the game. After a few hours i got puzzled how this has not been thought of before, its ingenious!. Been creeping the forum, and found out this is definitively a community i want to be a part of. I would like to thank the developers for going through with this. so.. Thanks!! Colb out!
  6. When i read the first lines of the post i thought: 'You got some imagination there, prentending the satellites to still be there when you relaunch, but god damn i was impressed when you pulled it off with a single mission! You sir, are a scholar and a gentleman, and i salute you!
