  1. Any chance someone has played around with the new ModuleB9AssignUIGroups stuff and has a working example they would be willing to post? More of a curiosity than anything I'm trying to use at this moment, but seems like something that could be useful.
  2. This is from the github wiki, though I'm not 100% on which 'category' the various parts fall into. Efficiency parts will only boost parts with the same category as their efficiency module/s. Wiki : https://github.com/UmbraSpaceIndustries/MKS/wiki
  3. Been using it in 1.9 since release and haven't had any real issues that seem to be Stage Recovery specific. Are you applying the struts with the highlighting overlay turned on or off? Or running any other mods that might contribute to what you are seeing in some way?
  4. That makes sense, and probably should have been my first thought. Thank you for the quick reply.
  5. @MacLuky, @zer0Kerbal Minor question about the various MM patches that have been posted for trying to get this stuff working. Is there a reason the Module being targeted for some of the changes (ModuleKISItemEvaTweaker, ModuleKISItem) doesn't seem to line up with what is actually being used in the PART cfg (ModuleKISItemAttachTool)? Merely curious as I've been trying to learn more about MM Patches as I figure out small tweaks I want to make for myself. I just feel like I've missed something.
  6. The wing pylons are part of Main, they come in Large and Huge, but with Tweakscale can be used at smaller sizes. I personally prefer the Main parts, but Legacy has a few useful bells and whistles. Pretty sure the spawning half underground, or high up in the air is a Legacy specific issue, maybe even a few specific parts, but I haven't had it happen enough to investigate.
  7. Hunting down the proper model and adding it to a restockwhitelist file should do the trick too. If it is in fact a Restock issue. Should be able to find out how to do that in the Restock thread.
  8. I really need to stop following the links I see in people signatures, I keep stumbling across great work like this and have to desperately fight the urge not to immediately install it. I just came back to the game, so I'm still relearning everything, but I'm definitely making a note to check this out soon. It looks really great.
  9. I open up the VAB to make a simple probe and launcher to complete a few contracts in my new career. 3 hours later I still haven't launched anything and for some reason am working on a monstrosity that weighs more 200t and would only make it to orbit if a black hole formed and brought space down to the KSC. Never mind being totally useless for my current contracts, and costing more than I currently have to spend.
  10. I have absolutely no experience with creating/using textures, but I would surely hope they are all simply duplicates of the same texture if they the same name. Even if they are in different part folders, they are parts of a whole, and that seems kinda fundamental. Even if they are different textures named the same, and that idea might cause physical pain, it would probably just make the part look really weird instead of breaking things elsewhere. I'm also new to being back to the game, and it's 3 in the morning, so if what I just wrote is nonsense please ignore it.
  11. [x] Science has a window that can show you. With varying filter settings, or even by what on your active ship. There are a few others floating around that have similar features if you search around in the Add-on Release section, just try not to fall down the rabbit hole to deep looking at all of the amazing mods that are out there.
  12. Having a large note added to the OP about it being very out of date is probably all that would be needed. Never bad to look at the older stuff, and the links still seem to work.
  13. I've noticed the a weird texture on the inside of both Bison cargo holds (inside the doors and on the ceiling). Almost like a a flag or decal is being applied, and stretched/mirrored to fit the area, instead of the same texture as the exterior. Just wondering if anyone else has noticed this, or if I need to start fiddling with my files to hunt down why something is getting mixed up. (I have quite a few mods that I've messed with so it wouldn't entirely surprise me if i twas just on my end.)
  14. The zip file seems to only have copies of the "Assets", "Parts", and "Plugins" folders. No ship files as far as I can tell. Unless I'm doing something very wrong.
