  1. Uh, I've seen some screenshots of Kopernicus planets with rings and I think RSS's Saturn has rings. So, it can just be something as simple as a colliderless texture.

    What?!

Theres various non-randomly generated kerbal names which are based on the names of real people.
  3. I could take a probe with infinite fuel over and take a look.... Took a look and it's simply a trick of lighting, theres nothing special there. Album in no particular order other than in the way imgur did it defaultly.
  4. I did see the symbol-like thing with an open top triangle and two lines coming off of it, but that's just funky shadowing or something.
  5. I don't see anything that remotely resembles anything, not even the vaguest of vaguely. Plus you don't evem say what symbol. Also, pareidolia is not an easter egg.
  6. They can't fix it if you don't report the bug in the bugtracker.....
  7. That proposed worst case scenario seems too absurd for a worse case scenario. I took a look at the thing and while those names are unknown to me, the guy has a few valid stuff like releasing too soon, but really, most of it can't be corroborated and probably won't be. Honestly, without further evidence, it looks like it might just be a rant off.
  8. Okay captian obvious..... lol
  9. Yeah I'm kind of (or am anyway, blarbity blarbity) in the same situation and kinda bored. Maybe I should get back into Dwarf Fortress or something....
  10. Yeah, I was thinking of those random difficult-to-reproduce crashes.
  11. Delete again and retry? Alternatively, if you guys use Steam, delete the physics.cfg and try a cache verification.
  12. I agree, and while they did seem to want to hurry through (which is probably understandable, given the length of time and how hard they worked), they did try to make sure that there aren't any absolutely gamebreaking bugs* before they went on vacation. De-stressing and having clear minds when they come back to tackle whatever is remaining is better than not taking a break and then tackling them. *I know, I know, crashes are absolutely gamebreaking, but they're harder to deal with.
  13. It's an extension of the bug where if the program loses focus while warping, the map will start spinning at the focal point, which is still around I believe.
  14. That is certainly strange. Is it just that specific save or does it happen in other saves? Also, if it's a steam download, try doing a cache verification (right click the game title in library, properties > Local Files tab > verify integrity of game cache). editwhiletyping: Try pressing F4? No idea whether that hides the contract orbits or not, just a thought I just had.
  15. Yeah, I blame EA on that one. Before EA got it's claws on Maxis, things were looking SO DAMN GREAT! >:( /endmicrorant
  16. True, and they definetly deserve a break after all the hard work and stress. It'll be good for them to de-stress for a while.
  17. They're on vacation, and there's no 1.1.3 AFAIK.
  18. That's Chatterer I think. @tg626 Texture Replacer maybe? Pretty funny though.
  19. Ehh, deleting any of the stock parts probably isn't a good idea. There is an overhaul on the way though. We already know theres going to be graphics updates/overhauls in 1.2.
  20. Isn't there a toggle in debug mode somewhere that toggles stock vessels on and off? I agree though, being able to toggle the stock vessels on and off would ne nice/
  21. Can any of you guys replicate it in a pure stock install?
