Sci-Fi novel idea based of of an idea I had.
Now, as far as we know, wormholes can't be created naturally, and if they can, they're probably too small too detect/use, so my idea is if you build a wormhole gate without an exit, and, y'know, enter it, you'll pop out of a pre-existing wormhole instead of a naturally existing one that expands, or a white hole (If it's like a wormhole exit of course).
So that's going to be the abstract outline for a Sci-Fi novel set 100 years from now, where humanity builds a wormhole gate (Without an exit, still need to figure out an idea on why they enter without one, maybe space pirates, I dunno), and enters it out of curiosity, only to pop out in the Large Magellanic Cloud, at the presence of an Alien civilization, (Still debating on whether or not the Aliens has problems with another civ). Also need to work on some BS physics for it to make sense but I'll try to make it as accurate as possible, but you guys get the idea, right?
What do you think?
As for my WIP novels, they're on hold for now, sorry.

And don't make the journey through the wormhole all cliche. Seriously, no shaking, flashing vortexes and female robotic voices. I've had enough of that type of "originality".
Just make it, say, instantaneous. Like, one moment they're preparing, the other moment they wake up and nothing is seemingly different until they take a look outside.
And then make them rejoice about how lucky they are that they managed to appear in a solar system, as opposed to the 99.99% of empty void that covers this universe.

So... I was taking a look at my sig, and I realized, that each quote had a parallel with a link, so I recolored them, and the sig that I feel matches up with the link has the same color.

That is because, when you get nearer to the Apoapsis, you have to pitch up to raise it. If you don't, you will most likely fall back down. That is because you are increasing your horizontal velocity, but, vertically, you decelerate and accelerate like an unpowered thrown rock. Again, to change that, you have to pitch up.
Also, synchronous orbit is not the highest point that you can orbit a planet. The highest point is the planet's sphere of influence. Kerbin's synchronous orbit is somewhere between it and the Mun.
