Build the the shuttle in orbit the first one you need is the transport vehicle then send up the lander, it may take some time but it's more efficient than doing it all in one launch and try and copy off other people designs like Scott Manley for example or another Youtuber who plays or is good at KSP, that's how designed mine shuttle to Duna
