  1. So this is frieken awesome, but I am more concerned about the Kerbal who just used his earth return vehicle to land on Duna.
  2. So I installed Kerbinside... got it all. Launched a plane, really laggy, set kerbal to high priority in task manager, Then my game crashed.
  3. I have been having the same issue; I think it has to do with night and day clouds (night clouds being black) it thinks the southern hemisphere is in the dark.
  4. Hello, Sorry if I sound stupid, but it's obvious that it is much harder to get to orbit... is there a mod or config that changes the stock parts to become more efficient for RSS? Thank You, John
  5. KTS-A Pilot's log (Jedmore) Launch was rough. The entire shuttle felt like it was shaking itself apart; maybe it was. At least this wasn't an actual space test. The launch was scrubbed because the RCS thrusters were not aligned right... good going. So now a few months later, we are actually doing this launch. By myself, because it is better for me to die than three others. [Voice translator] Shuttle is still go. Right now at... fifteen thousand meters. Air is thin, but we are still in fear of flipping the entire shuttle. This also marks half of the main boosters fuel deprived. (T+00:01:32) Fuel is go, oxygen is go. Cabin pressure holding at 1 atm(s), and KTS-A is getting ready to seperate. Burning through the rest of our aux fuel... (T+00:01:45) Thirty thousand meters and counting- booster seperation! We are clean... Whew. Well, that was actually much better than expected. (T+00:03:43) And we are now gaining speed on descent. They haven't told me what enviroment I will land in yet, I just trained for solid ground, runway, and water. All I see is water through the periscope, so that will most likely be the candidate for this launch. It was always the hardest.   7. Does anyone else have the problem of the orbiter not even showing up? I used the patch for loading menu (It just stopped, didn't do anything more. The game still responded, just when it got to the config it stoped.) But now it doesn't even show the orbiter in anything...
  8. I need some planet ideas. Right now I am working on Gliese-581 f, a diamond planet. (It isn't really a diamond planet in real life, and most likely doesn't even exist due to an error in stellar light)
  9. So my computer broke and I spent a bunch of money on a better one, and almost all my Koprenicus progress on Sonne was killed...
  10. Updated Gliese, fixed many bugs and redid some texture and height maps.
  11. Is it just me or is using the trailer ports impossible? I tried changing mass and how much the wheels went down by weight, and I got them perfectly aligned, and it still didn't work....
  12. Sorry for replying so late I have been very busy doing multiple things. To adress the first issue, Yes I am still working on this, at least I am now. And.... well, I really don't want to make Kerbol orbit Libra or another star, blackhole and whatnot YET, because there is major bugs that happen when you do it. However, I had contacted the Kerbal Galactic mod owner, and might contact other interstellar Kopernicus mods, to just put Libra in there. But for now, I would like to finish my Gliese-581 system and my Solar System! MissMolly, Kopernicus doesn't take TOO much memory... well, kind of anyway. One solar system won't run your game out of memory. Gosh, I had a whole galaxy with other packs and it didn't run my game out. But I wouldn't be suprised if it were able to make your game crash-happy. To combat this, I am seperating my solar systems into planet packs, i.e. Gliese-581, Sonne System and so on. Hope my answers helped and again, sorry for getting at them so late! ~John
  13. Ok, so I recently got that Logitech Xtreme 3d pro thing that everybody has, and so I have been working to bind all the keys. The yaw, roll, and all other things work except for pitch. Whenever I use pitch, even without touching the joystick, the elevons automatically pitch down. When I use the joystick to pitch up, it brings them to a neutral position rendering flying unable to do. (Unless I spun upside down, flipped multiple times and so on) Thank You, John
  14. Honestly, I love the new Mk1 cockpit, but they should redesign the old one into a more-fighter jet looking one, alike the inline Mk1, and have the new Mk1 as a new part.

  17. I was thinking I might add a Gliese-581g like planet as a moon of Gliese-581b, or possibly an expansion pack. (I am pondering expannsion packs because the planets take RAM and people dont always want everything.)
  18. Ugh. Getting texture problems... I can most likely resolve it, though. (Scaled space showing template. A pretty easy fix, but this one is fighting hard.)
  19. BIG UPDATE: Thanks to KillAshely I figured out how to make the planets good, and now a TON of progress is coming along. Release soon to come!
