  1. @tetryds I'm looking forwards to this, good luck to those who are duking it out! Hopefully this will provide tips on how to fix up my craft for the next tournament
  2. @tetryds I'm eagerly awaiting the next competition as well, but I've created one of the most "Interesting" fighters that I'll probably ever produce. But knowing my luck, the new BAD-T 3 Rules will consider it obsolete XD BTW, good luck to all of those who have made it to Semifinals!
  3. Well I mean, I won against @DoctorDavinci's Bad Company (Which was completely unexpected), so anything's possib I want to see that as well XD
  4. Well, I tried XD @tetryds After the battles have run their course, I'm gonna try to make my own style of the Upperprop. It makes a much better target than the testing dummy!
  5. Wow...Just wow... @DoctorDavinciYour Bad Company put up a very good fight, right up until the end. It was a serious nail biter when watching my plane stall and spin out. Anyways, best of luck to you in the 2nd tier! P.S, could I borrow your Bad Company craft file for some more "testing" of future designs? *Wink wink, nudge nudge*
  6. Even though I know I'll lose, I'm still eager to see the postings for the final battles. Hopefully this provides me with input on how to properly build my craft next time.
  7. I think it's a very good idea as well. There's nothing wrong with constructive criticism.
  8. Wow, the senior Aerospace Engineer going up against the high school junior who wants to become an Aerospace Engineer. Talk about coincidence! I don't really have high hopes for this version, but the next iteration of my plane works a lot better. Also, @DoctorDavinci, care to share some experience when you get the chance?
  9. After extensive changes, I am now ready to say my design process closely mirrors that of World War 2 Germany... Not fast enough to enter actual combat. Anyways, we'll see how my beast of a machine does against @DoctorDavinci's Bad Company, even with all of it's flaws, which include the horrible habit of yawing into the ground.
  10. That awkward moment when you submit your design and realize it has trouble fighting really slow opponents (I.E. the Dummy) Anyways, I hope that won't be an issue in this tournament. As well as the AI's stupid tendency to put the craft into a flat spin...
  11. Geez, that beast of mine is the only one with an open cockpit. @DoctorDavinci You and I are gonna duke it out next match. Best of luck to you.
  12. @PixelStory I could not get a video out of my computer, I don't know why. Sorry about that. However, your fighter does need a good amount of work in the maneuverability department. I tested my fighters against you 3 times, and each time I was able to easily outmaneuver you. Other than that, the weapons are very strong, and you decimated one of my fighters once it got into your range of fire.
  13. Well, first you need to upload the craft to a site that does that kind of stuff, like dropbox or KerbalX. Then you gotta take the link to the file and post it here.
  14. This craft has 80 parts! Anybody wanna go against it? Sure, I'll test it against my craft. Download link?
  15. @t3hJimmer Thank you for testing them out, and sorry for breaking your KSP twice XD. Overall, I think that your fighters had the initial jump on me when it came to maneuverability off the start, but you might want to upgrade the caliber of your weapons for the wing segments. Once again, thank you for testing them. As you could probably tell, they actually represent mosquitoes (Somewhat) in the fact that they are hard to bring down and they keep going even though they have loads of damage. I might have to change their name.....
  16. Well, seems that everyone's throwing their fighters into the mix, might as well show mine. I present to you the Mosquito Mk. II-A, the current primary fighter of the USKAF and the most advanced fighter to roll off the SAI assembly lines. Packing a punch of 1x30mm main cannon with 1200 rounds and 8 missiles, this fighter is more than a formidable opponent to any who stand in its way. Also, a download for those who wish to pit it against their own craft: https://www.dropbox.com/s/cc62ow1968dxpsn/Mosquito%20Mk_%20II-A%20%28No%20Droptanks%29.craft?dl=0
  17. If this goes through, count me in. I got a fighter design I'm itching to test out
  18. I thought this thing could fly!
  19. Question for you TM, will there be a second compition after this one with a different type of aircraft? Looking forewards to submitting new challenges. Also, congrats to finalists.
  20. Alright, here is my entry in the form of the HASF Wasp Mk. II. While being bigger and slower than the rest, it packs a much bigger punch than all. Link for ship download: https://www.dropbox.com/s/u9dj6w5uc1k7cnn/SAI%20HASF%20Wasp%20Mk_%20II.craft?dl=0 Action Group 1 engages the miniguns Action Group 2 launches counterpods
  21. Fengist, sign me up for another challenge: The Eeloo Circumnavigation. Being inspired by the probe shooting past Pluto in a few months, I decided what better way to celebrate by making a base on Eeloo, and of course driving around it for craps and giggles. Expect more updates on this soon.
