No I just made the texture in paint.net, I put the model of the dating in blender so I can make sure it looks good, then saved the fairing texture in the folder with all the other fairing textures, then I added it to the fairing Textureswitch in the CFG

I had to sorta make it all my self, I used the Echostar logo, then I had to use the numbers from the last Atlas V Echostar launch, but I duplicated and rearranged the numbers

I sort of got bored and spent all night making this texture, it was a pain to make but I finally finished

I have absolutely nothing against this, but i must say, launching a rocket like you are doing without FAA permits is a $20,000 fine and you can go to jail, the permit process takes about 6-8 months.

My mixture is 80% Potassium Nitrate 20% charcoal Potassium nitrate and suger is best as a main fuel source fir small amature rockets, potassium nitrate and charcoal is great as an ignition system

In my experience, my homemade mixture has worked better, but if you want to try store bought, i recommend something like this , but please keep in mind the explosive power of this stuff (the store bought kind)

Either of those will work yes, i just have a fire and the next day i harvest the charcoal and grind it up, and mix it with potassium nitrate, i use this mixture (also called black powder) as the ignition powder used in our test article.

The results are the same, the only thing is when you cook them, you have literally seconds to cast the mold of the main bodies core

I dont recommend using anything other then Potassium Nitrate and Suger, or Potassium Nitrate and Charcoal (if you want to explore options ) anything other then that and your getting into permit levels, the best source of potassium nitrate is stump remover. Also make sure you are safe and are following local laws, i suffered a pretty bad burn yesterday cause i did not use gloves and melted black powder got on my finger.
