  1. Glad you like it! Let's hope the Great Physics Migration of 0.4 to 0.7 doesn't break anything (fingers crossed)
  2. Sorry for the delay! This blot bunny was bouncing around for a bit, and I finally managed to play through it. Kind of. http://imgur.com/a/ZJW8i
  3. I'm happy to report that I've finally completed building out the Tech tree and visited all the planetary bodies on Eve Space Program 0.4 career mode (normal). It's been an absolute blast. The question is, should I update to 0.7? Will it (the changed atmospheric pressure) break my ships from 0.4?
  4. New Eve-space-program problem: the contracts don't give quite enough Kredits to compensate for Eve-launch cost. For example. Single, or even two tourists to suborbital missions are invariably loss making. Yup, my space program is losing money... Fast! More important problem: a return to the area just outside of KSP garners only 67ish% parts cost return, compared to about 97%ish in Kerbin in the stock game. I think this might have something to do with the fact that the KSC's location coordinates have moved, but the career/contracts engine hasn't picked that up? For example, the early game aerial survey missions -- the ones you get very early in-game close to KSC -- are generated about a quarter the way around the planet. Looks like I have to aim my suborbitals that way, assuming my sounding rockets can get there far!
  5. I've started a Eve Space program game in normal career mode (rep, funds, science). It's challenging!! Had to drive a rover around the KSC to make enough science points to research enough parts to make suborbital. (Delta v of 4,700m/s on too many SRBs). I have only the 1.25m fuel tanks/engines right now, and it looks like I'm going to have to do a lot of tourist suborbital flights to buy enough science to make it to the 2.5m stack. And finally start paying attention to the strategies in the admin building. On the bright side, this might be the push I need to finally start learning how to build decent planes.... need moar science! I'm loving the craziness.
  6. The movie is awesome. all of my RTG-enabled craft will be part of the hot stuff from now on
  7. On route to Eeloo to rescue some joker who stranded himself on the surface of Eeloo. Inconveniently at approx 60 degrees South of the equator. Jeb is a tad worried that he didn't bring enough fuel...
  8. Nice updates bringing our favourite Martian, sorry, Dunatian's adventure to life.
  9. Nice rover design, and great shoots with the super sized solar panels! Were they stock / from the asteroid day mod? Thanks for writing!
  10. This is cool. Recreational engineering! We should have this more frequently!
  11. Gotta love the RTGs! Great writing! Looking forward to the next instalment.
