It's definitely not compatible with 1.0.4. It keeps crashing the game

I give up. I've been trying to get this stupid mod to work for months. I finally thought I'd figured out how to make it work, but now all I get is a stupid red screen when I start a game. This mod is completely broken. Disappointing too, I've been looking forward to actually being able to play this.

I just downloaded this mod today and it doesn't seem to be working. The big map appears gray when I select it, the color customization is completely blank, and the toolbar button appears white. I don't know how to add my logs here but if you need them please let me know! I do have a few screenshots of the problem though: http://imgur.com/a/ulwGd
