  1. So, a few things happening here and I have some time on my hands at last. I thought I'd do a bit more bug hunting. I have bunged in the fix for nightingale's Contract Configurator/Toolbar problem. I added it to TAC Fuel Balancer too. CC's download has been pulled so I can't really test it but I'm pretty sure it's a good'un. Famous last words. I ripped out a bit more Linq, quite a big bit from ScienceContext.UpdateExperiments( ). Apart from being a generally good thing it also let me bung in a fix for the LTech SkyLab part. [x] Science! won't crash if you are using LTech. SkyLab and the External Camera had weird stub experiments with NULL values. These are called "WaitWhat" and "Error" which made me giggle once they started being listed in the report window. I've updated the science.cfg I ship to add the bogus LTech experiments and took the opportunity to add some of the fake biome DMagic ones and also to restrict Sounding Rockets to the Home World. I have added a routine to generate KSC baby biomes for any Home World. I'm looking up a Lat-Long for KSC and then finding a single Biome for that position. If you move KSC don't put it on a biome boundary! Things I didn't do... Get [x] Science! working with AutoLoadGame. That thing seems to bypass Unity's Start() callback - even once I'd got round that problem the toobar buttons were all on the wrong screens. It seems the game didn't know which scene it was on. Just too weird. I also didn't fix MUN's multiple lowlands. Turns out it wasn't my problem. Makes a change. Really pleased for the post above because I was just getting stuck into that. I'm going to release a TAC Fuel Balancer update and maybe do some triage on Protractor tomorrow. I'll see if I can't get the report window's little progress bars into the here&now window before I release the [x] Science! update.
  2. May I include the new protractor parts in a KSP1.2 build of Protractor? It works OK although something has changed with themes.
  3. hoojiwana has a habit of taking long breaks from the forum. He makes new parts slowly. Don't write him off. You can't rush a craftsman. Like blowfish said, you could just knock up some MM files to add antenna to the probe cores, should be pretty easy to do.
  4. SpaceDock and CKAN seem to be going slow at the moment. Took ages to upload to SpaceDock and isn't appearing on CKAN. Hoping it will all come out in the wash. You can download from https://themoose.co.uk/ksp/TacFuelBalancer2.9.zip while you wait.

  7. I had access to the pre-release versions because they were available from Squad directly not just through Steam. I didn't get clobbered with too many API changes this time. I have a new version, seems to be behaving itself. I'll get it out soon. Rebuilt with KSP1.2 Shouldn't bring you out of warp if the Here&Now window isn't open (Sorry about that) Here&Now window shouldn't flicker when dragged. New settings for Warp, Alert Sound and Results window. (No Gui, sorry) Fix for button remaining on screen when returning to Main Menus - What is that about? Looks like a Squad bug. The new settings will be at the bottom of the Here&Now window so you can always turn them on and off. I have the art work but have been bogged down with work. When I get the chance I will polish up the Here&Now window with progress-bars for each experiment and buttons for the new settings.
  8. Looks like Protractor just got a stay of execution. It is more-or-less working in build 01532. That thing just won't die. OT I know but having announced its demise here earlier I thought I'd better let you know it's back on life support.
  9. Flicker + Timewarp* are fixed. Will ship when KSP1.2 is released for real. If I get a chance I'll add Window visibility + position in the config file for Here&Now window but no promises. * I'm checking IsVisible() on the Here&Now window so if you close it it won't bug you. (Which is what I thought was happening)
  10. Just popped in here to say that [x] Science! doesn't seem to have too much of a problem with KSP1.2. I'll release a new version once 1.2 is out properly. I'm aware of the flicker. I wanted to get V5 out and I shipped it with the flicker, I'll sort that out next version. I wasn't aware of the warp problem. You should be brought out of warp if the Here&Now window is open AND there is at least one incomplete experiment AND the biome changes. What happens if you close BOTH windows - Here&Now and the checklist? At the moment I have real life work load to deal with, I've just had a week off with a fever and my to-do list has hit critical. I don't think [x] Science! or TAC Fuel Balancer in V1.2 are going to be problems though. Protractor is, I'm sorry to say, probably dead. If I get a chance I'll fork that thing and gut it. I'd really like to get the Protractor window to open from the Space Centre overview screen, maybe with a porkchop. There is a whole load of GUI skin code in Protractor and really it just needs to be ripped out because it is causing problems in 1.2 In other news toadicus is after help with or a new home for his mods. That includes VOID, which I love. Obviously, I want to help. I expect you are getting the idea - I'm too busy. My first priority is however to pay bills and feed mouths. That means finishing some websites.
  11. Hi Everyone! I'm looking for a vessel.findWorldCenterOfMass() replacement in V1.2 pre-release The function seems to have gone AWOL. If anyone can help it would be wonderful.   13. Hi toadicus, So, are you looking for a new developer for VOID? I love VOID, would hate to see it die, might be interested in taking it on.
  14. I hated that! I lost so many kerbals that way! I don't know why but female kerbals were never able to hang onto the side of the new inline mk1 cockpit even stationary let alone at speed. I'd click the EVA button by mistake and kill Val.
  15. New version of [x] Science! out any second now. I decided just to release it for KSP1.1.3 so brave souls can have a go. If you run Blizzy Toolbar, make sure you add the new button. It is only available in flight. To get the new window to make noises and stop timewarp just leave the window open. Otherwise it won't bug you. There is plenty left to do on the new window, but I'm pushed for time and the KSP developers have their own schedule. http://imgur.com/a/LoyH8 CKAN is being a pain as usual. V5 is in there but not showing up. Trying to get V4.20 edited so that it doesn't override V5.
