(Role play mode engaged) Well, looks like they encountered anomaly #12(A-12), otherwise identified as "Vallhenge". According to the 'Tissue Box' unmanned mission, A-12 is made of materials not found anywhere else on Vall, therefore meaning that, if it formed naturally, it either is the shattered remnants of a comet, or after something from beneath the surface of Vall knocked the shattered pieces of Vall's surface upwards, creating the known formation, which then had its atomic structure changed by radiation from Jool, which was normally blocked by Vall's exosphere, which A-12 stretches past. Assuming that it was constructed by extrakerbinal life, then they just brought it from somewhere else, but we have concluded that it is unlikely that it wasn't formed by natural forces, so don't get too excited. A standard interplanetary cargo pod has been sent to Vall with standard KSE PC gaming hardware(RoboticWare Desktop Computer, a standard council issue-monitor, ThinkTech Key Board and mouse, ThinkTech gaming controller), and standard KSE Audio entertainment hardware (surround sound speaker set up, maximum volume 120DB headphones, ABAD connected mobile monitor and computer with touch screen). If anymore hardware is requested, another cargo pod is prepared to leave for jool, which will be supplied with any gear requested.

It was one of the KSE's agents. They were there to monitor and, in such a situation, terminate, one of our experiments, at a safe distance from Dres, where KSE is based. Bill and Dilsby were both test subjects. One could edit reality, while the other could see into the minds of his mirror. This specific agent was integrated into the engineering group and wanted to add a remote controlled audio and video broadcasting service for any spacecraft in the Jool system for decades to come. He had some difficulty adding the video part of it, but got the audio broadcasting system working fine, and downloaded several podcasts and songs onto the On Board Audio Database(ABAD), including podcasts such as "Things That You Forgot About In History" and "What If? Odd Fiction"; and several pieces of music, all of which were suggested by the crews of the Intrepid and KSE Tired Whale(Which is currently in orbit around Jool).

K! Also, What ATV do you use with the C7-325R, and if its of your own design, could you please post it?

K. Though a heavy crew transport does come to my mind when thinking of a Soyuz-like spacecraft in KSP. Maybe a CSTS or Shenzhou analog would be more feasible. Also, making it so that the orbital habitat module can be recovered, though it deviates a lot from both spacecraft, might be needed for it to work practically as a heavy crew transport.

Suggestion: A Soyuz like spacecraft. I'd be OK if you ignore this, but its just a suggestion.
