  1. Always loved this mod, but it doesn't seem to be working anymore. Any chance it will be updated to the final KSP 1.12?
  2. I'm starting out on a new career mode. My funds are limited so I need to achieve as many goals as possible. Building a parachute, command module, 1 mini-booster, & 6 mini-boosters around that. Even with staging the boosters so only 2 activate at a time, and spacing their activation so I never go over 300m/s, every time I get over 5k meeters with even 5 degrees angle my rocket flips over. This is a simple rocket and should not be experiencing this problem. ...! This game worked perfectly before 1.0, now I can't even get the very first rocket to work? I admit I'm no real "rocket scientist", but this is ridiculous! Please fix this game, I loved it and was hooked on making my stations & deep space vessels in version 0.92 but now I can't even play it past the first launch! ...!
  3. Well I tried re-installing it without replacing just the sharedassets file. I got the "loading" animation back for the first screen, but clicking on the observatory still locks up the game. I also just went back again and this time didn't copy in the ksp_data folder. Same problem. I seriously have to question why we shouldn't be installing specific parts that are included as part of your mod though. Wouldn't that mean anyone who tries to install it will get these problems, and wouldn't it make so much more sense to just not include it with your upload? Why release a version you purposely know will not work (except for this part, or that part which somehow everyone should already know)??? At the very lest maybe you might want to add a "don't install these" line to the install instructions. Having to keep restoring my previous ksp folder (which has my other mods) is getting a little tedious here. Since I've got texturereplacer working I think I'll just use endraxials planet textures. Let me know when you've guys got this mod working again though. I really would like to go back to using it again eventually.
  4. So playing around with the installs and I was able to get the texturereplacer mod working again by deleting the extras folder. After restarting the game it seems to working correctly again. So that may be where your problem is. And fyi, I have a relatively new gaming rig I built about a year ago. The problem is not with my computer. I would very much like to upload my log file, but there doesn't appear to be a way to do this. I do have the link & upload image options, but both of those require a URL where the file is already available online- mine is not. I also tried just dragging & dropping the file to my "go advanced" quick-reply here, but it won't accept it that way either. I went to the FAQ for uploading a file and its directions are misleading as there is no "new post" button here- only the "reply to thread" button which does not have a "manage attachments" option. Is there another less obvious way to upload a file which I can't see by default? Lastly, at the very bottom of the page is says "You may not post attachments". No idea why though as I am logged in, and have no warnings/limitations tied to my account.
  5. Playing around with the install some. I did manage to delete the "extras" folder from the main TextureReplacer mod, which go that working again. After installing yours though I also noticed it says RealSolarSystem is not compatible at the loading screen, so I deleted that folder and restarted the game. Unfortunately it is still locking up on me. Also, at each screen load I kept getting a purple box in the lower right hand corner of my screen (instead of the "loading..." animation). This could be a part of the problem. Till then you really might want to recompile the mod for 1.0.2. It certainly is broken for the moment. Also, why are you intentionally including a broken version of sharedassets? Wouldn't it make more sense to just not include it- especially if you know it isn't working and isn't needed?
  6. I believe this is where the problem lies then. The main TextureReplacer is only updated for 1.0. It mostly works in 1.0.2, but is not compatible with other mods installed at the same time. Until the main mod is updated then this one (which is dependent) will not work either.
  7. I am running a bunch of other mods (without errors). However; installing this causes my game to lock up after it has fully loaded, deleting the TextureReplacer folder & restarting the game allows it to work again. CurseForge doesn't list a compatible version for 1.0.2, and even your own change log doesn't show it's actually been updated for 1.0.2. Just because it mostly works in spite of being a 1.0 mod doesn't mean it's fully compatible with 1.0.2. This is a really great mod though, and I do appreciate you having made it. I just really would like to see it actually updated and working again (with other mods installed as well).
  8. Awesome mod, but I just upgraded to 1.0.2 (forced to by steam). Any idea when you might get this working again? Right now if I install it, this mod just locks up the game in the main base overview screen if you click on any building or try to switch to the planet view.
  9. I've got the same problem. Just loaded the game with the basic planet textures and I couldn't stand it. Going to have to wait to play the game till this is available in 1.0.2 since you're mod rocks the best. This sucks till then though! Any idea when it might be updated?
  10. For some reason I can't seem to be able to use either the exokerbal core drill or the surface ablation laser light imager. Are there any known issues with this, or does anyone know what needs to be done in order to get them to work? I am running career mode & just unlocked both devices. I have a mission contract to get them, and have the parts attached to the side of a plane. I've flown there & landed at the needed site, but when I click on the command to run either part I get the errors "no target", and "can't run this right now". If it helps I can run the systems check button & the animation runs, unfortunately I can't seem to run the actual test. Can someone please help?
