Yeah, I turned too sharp for the speed on minimus and crashed a rover. The deployed antenna seemed to glitch the physics engine when I landed upside down and led to it spinning like a top upside down until Bill Kerman was thrown from it. He survived, but now I can't select him. I've double checked, no EVAs listed in the tracking center, it only gives me option to switch the lander or rover, but cannot get control of him again. I suspect it was some glitch due to his being ejected from the rover causing him to not count as EVA.
