The Ozymandias Launch System needs your help!
segaprophet replied to AmpsterMan's topic in KSP1 The Spacecraft Exchange
IMO bigger is almost always better, as long as it's designed well. This super-heavy launch stage is the most powerful I've come up with, it can muscle huge payloads to Mun or Minmus. Over 27 large fuel tanks and 88,000 units of fuel on lift of. -
Always good to see KSP getting more recognition.

You'll get the hang of it. You should purchase KSP in any case. It's the best game I've played in the past 5 years, no joke.

How to change target in map view?
segaprophet replied to segaprophet's topic in KSP1 Gameplay Questions and Tutorials
OMG thank you! You're a lifesaver, my research can continue! -
I feel like an idiot for asking, but how do you change your focus (target) in map view? I keep hitting a mystery button which changes my target, and not knowing how to change it back, it's really messing up my missions. Especially when your rocket has a bug that makes it blow up when you exit to KSC and reload while in transit.

Good job, but it does look more like a Russian R-7 style rocket, not a Saturn V.

I haven't added the orbital drop tanks yet, with them, I think the fuel budget will be reasonable. The main challenge is to make it stable over terrain.

I thought I might post kurtjmac's incredibly touching tribute . . “Our duty, as men and women, is to proceed as if limits to our ability did not exist. We are collaborators in creation.†- Pierre Teilhard de Chardin

My Sandy Bridge i7 has 8 logical cores when hyperthreading is enabled. Are you telling me KSP can only use 1 of them? That's a shame!
