  1. You need the firespitter plugin, which should be included in the download.
  2. You wouldn't happen to have a uhh *cough* download for that uhh.... cargo bay texture, would ya?
  3. Looks great, looking more like the real thing every day! Edit: What modeling program do you use?
  4. While I'm unsure why anyone would not want stuff from this mod, but you just delete the folders you don't want. I'm unsure what folder has Delta II (probably thor), but you should need that folder, the Titan folder, and the Shared folder.
  5. I have a mirroring issue in the VAB when I turn the shuttle, if that's what you mean. Its kind of a pet peve, since it means I have to do a roll, which is a pain for getting an equatorial orbit, but no biggie.
  6. @Pak This is amazing, now my shuttles are pretty much complete. Are you planning on making an alternate texture for the cargo bays that are white and not the stock yellow?
  7. You should probably ask Beale for one thing, plus you could just write the module into the config or put fuel cells into the sm and turn them on via action groups.
  8. No, like the center is hollow. Like the old KW fairing adapters, so the engine goes through a ring and the ring fits to the SM of the payload.
  9. Could you possible make a payload mount, like on shocks, so you can have a small orbital engine on a large diameter payload without it looking funny?
  10. Whoah, where did this come from? I'll just leave this here, while I leave for chicago til next week. Everything basic is modeled, now to the stuff that is more for you know, functionality (cargo bays/landing gear/RCS/adapters).
  11. You need to place wings at the base of the stack, to counteract the drag/lift of the wings. This however wasn't needed on the Titan III version, because when you have 2 massive gimbaling SRMs, who cares. You should be able to fly dynasoar on all titan varients as well as Saturn I, Ib would probably be overkill, but I've put Saturn I first stages as boosters on Titan before, so you never know.
  12. While Cobalt worked on the RL-10 and Venomous worked on Scout during the stream, I was able to fix up with cockpit more and add basic wings to X-20.
  13. Ayyyye!!!!!!!111!!1! More Progress on X-20. I present my first remodel of it and it's new windows. I was drawn between whether or not to have curved windows, and I think I'll stick with the straight windows for now, but who knows. I'd like some opinions about my X-20 project and some comments on the windows. I have to go to Chicago this weekend, so I wont be doing any extra modeling till after Monday-Tuesday. Next objective, a start model for the wings!
  14. Is the shuttle-ET attatchment thing based off a 5 meter ET or a 3.75 meter ET? Edit: Instead of putting in the Oscar B-fuel cell setup, I just wrote code into the airlock config for one, could we have something like that while we wait for the fuel cells?
  15. How much of it do you want? The shuttle has a robotic IR arm, Tantares, Habtech, Mechjeb, DIRECT, KER, HabTech, and I'm sure more things as well. I also edited the config of the Airlock to add some liquid fuel/oxidizer and a fuel cell, do you want that as well?
  16. Use Benjee's DIRECT mod, he has a cryogenic type fuel so you can easily get a, I used a Hubble mockup, into a roughly 400x50 orbit without even emptying the ET. Using the mod, build the ET, don't use the 1 part ET, and lock the top 2 tanks, you shouldn't have to empty them, but you need the weight for stablization after SRB Sep. I tried to re enter, horribly overshot the ksc and still managed to land. Keep your nose high but not over 50-60 degrees, once you drop below about 600-800 m/s, reactivate your control surfaces to land, using them prior to that will over compensate and you will go down cheeks first. If you have roughly 100 MP before re-entry your RCS can hand descent. For landing, use a drogue chute on the base of the tail and don't have the front wheels higher than the back. If you ever have to water land, try to slow down to under 60 m/s, the buoyancy of the empty S-Wings will keep you afloat. Most angles of attack below 30 degrees will keep the cockpit intact.
