That did the trick! But the console still says 1.8. Thanks for the fix!

Even with a fresh install (KSP folder nuked from orbit) and only antenna range installed (along with hyperedit) it's still acting the same way.

It seems that even when "Require Line of Sight" is not selected it's still enforcing line of sight for my space craft. I noticed this in 1.8 as well. On a semi related note, the settings window says it's 1.8 even though I deleted the old folder completely from gamedata and installed 1.9.
