Your versions on kerbalstuff are as follows: 0.1.5, 1.0.6, 0.1.7. It causes a problem with CKAN eg. it considers 1.0.6 as the latest version and won't update any future versions unless it's > 1.0.6 and well 0.1.7 does not fit the parameters.
