  1. Ok, thanks to anyone who read the report. I started the process of deleting mods in fresh installs. When I drop the mod list down to: GPP Kopernicus 1.3.1-3 Sigma Dimensions Rescale I get a stable game. However, this is with running Kopernicus -3 not -2. My last game was also a long carreer, so I have no idea if the fresh save matters. I will keep up on the replies till i find an issue or get all installed and working.

  3. Hi, You can match it to BDB and possibly make a nuclear engine for that size? Or we just use other nuclear engines.
  4. @CobaltWolf A while back you said you were looking for odd and ends to model for Apollo. I just found this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pegasus_(satellite) The saturn 1 was used to launch micro meteorite experiments, it seems neat as it unfolds like a big sheet. It would be a science experiment i think?

  6. Hi, I am trying to as b9 parts switch to a cargo pod that switches between ore and snacks. Does anyone happen to have an example that adds fuel switching. I think I am not populating a needed field. I would post my try, but I am on a business trip and do not have it.
  7. @CobaltWolf I would love to do a flyby of Venus, question have you thought about making the second moon lander and base from ETS? What tools would i need to remove the thruster deflectors on the LEM landing fuel tank? (thinking about a cargo lander) David
  8. Hi, Not sure if this is my install or not, but I have the "latest" test build. The Inon engine mounting plate does not seem to form the cover of the double engine mounting areas when you use the center point with just one engine. I also noticed the inon engine seems to have the exhaust coming out a bit too far up with real plume? I am not sure where to start looking for the cause, any ideas?
  9. Thanks for making the colors. Ironically, it had a worse problem than Skylab had in real life. When I staged the fairing for the station the solar panels came right off. Thanks to the wonder of hibernation, it made it to the moon with power left. Jeb really wanted the Snacks we were keeping in the station.
  10. All good points, the mod just uses a cute/funny simplification. Science labs can turn ore into food lol. That makes me think the core should only have it. Any other thoughts from others?
  11. @Beale. I use snacks, and wrote some config files for some of your Habs. Question:. What parts do you think should have "soil recycling" I think the orbital modules should for the soyuz.
  12. Hey All, I started using Snacks!. I noticed that the new skylab did not have a soil converter nor did any of the labs have the snack processor. I also noticed that the Apollo mission module did not have a toilet, and i remember reading in the Eyes Turned Skyward that it had a toilet. I added the soil recycler to the mission module as well. If you want them let me know I am happy to send them back to everyone. All in all: MOS parts, skylab, and the mission module got the toilets. The two science labs got processors. Cheers

  14. Yup it worked 110*110 orbit with 200 dv to spare. I never thought to get rid of the heat shield strength as a weight save. Makes sense.

  16. Hi, I have a play question. When I launch the s1b I cannot get the cm,sm into orbit with the sivb. I need to stage and use the sm to get to orbit. I am using a 2.5x solar system. How much do others de-fuel the sm? Or is this not just me? I get consistent performance using mech-jeb.
  17. Hi All, Question: Can i dock two active APAS together? The text seems to imply that i need to dock active to passive? I thought that APAS actives can dock to other actives, but the passives need to have an active fly up to them? Thanks!
