  2. And 3rd confirm here! Latest KK 0.9.6.2 + KS Complete 1.0.9 installed manually and fps is back! Outstanding work once again ash!
  3. I also just tried to update KK + KS Complete trough CKAN without "Jobs" and was expieriencing fps issues mostly when i was looking towards KSC while flying. I also can test more and even do fresh install testing if needed. I'll grab 0.9.6.2 and lets see how it goes. Thanks AlphaAsh!
  4. It just came to my mind that would be awesome to get only some additional launchtowers/clamps to 1.1 and there you are just 19h before me Mr. @Jacke! Thanks for this aweome tip * downloading
  5. I wouldn't be more happier if i just could give some donations for KSPRC, Kopernicus and many other wonderfull mods ive been using during all these hundreds even thousands hours in KSP, but current state of life i just cant Btw Proot sorry to bother you with this question but since i've lacking some information i would like to know how to arrange/config that 1 bump map to get it work properly for planet. If im correct there used to have different maps in configs for steepBumpMap, lowBumpMap, midBumpMap, highBumpMap. So my question is basically how it's getting done in ksp 1.1 or is it just using 1 NRM map for all these sections in configs? Appreciate if someone can educate me with "simplistic" answer... Thanks!
  6. Really sorry to hear this and also that you also encountered these problem's with terrains & PQS. I also noticed that there might be something wrong really badly with 1.1 PQS when tried to get ground + many other textures work with TextureReplacer & Kopernicus, but man i wouldn't even guess that there can be only 1 bump map for all the planet. Or does that mean 1 bump per 1 planet? I also can't see that how they call this "Slight pqs improvements" in 1.1 release notes. Don't want to ruin your lovely day guys so im just gonna fall into silence Only time will show if pqs and all the broken "kangaroo" wheels getting fixed in future or not. May the force be with us!
  7. Anytime... you'rre welcome! Just one more thing that just came to my mind is that if you now downloaded and installed all mods manually there might be 2 folders from EVE pack in your GameData folder called: Environmental Visual Enhancements & BoulderCo? If you're now going to use SVE or later KSPRC pack you can delete that BoulderCo folder from EVE because it includes stock textures/configs for EVE and since both KSPRC & SVE packs add their own cloud textures/configs for EVE then BoulderCo becomes useless. I'm not sure if that even possible those conflicting with each other but at least your game is loading only more textures and so on consuming more RAM and so on might affect your performance too thats why i recommend that if use SVE or KSPRC then just delete BoulderCo folder from EVE
  8. I've been using only astronomer's, ksprc & sve packs in the past but i've completely missed these planet textures for some reason. Thanks for enlightening me guys... *heading to check these "Endraxial's / Avera's" asap!*
  9. "Do you suggest I install them all manually or use CKAN?" - I would say that installing mods trough CKAN is safe and if some reason installed/updated mod is not working properly you can always reinstall/revert back to working mod version manually "I'm a little confused as to what I'm supposed to install with something like EVE" - You can install only EVE and with that you get clouds to the game. There is no dependencies for it and it should work straight out from the "box". lmk if you need any further assistance with different visual mods / combinations and lets see what i can do since i dont want to confuse you even more I prefer to install all visual mods manually maybe because I've also noticed that sometimes installing/updating mods from CKAN is not always doing so great succession at least for me and im messing with different files/textures/configs so much. Whenever new KSPRC download link pops up that .zip it also should contain currently working/latest versions of these other mods so actually you dont need to install any of these mods yet from CKAN or elsewhere if you dont mind waiting. Sometimes if you have downloaded old-ish ksprc/sve release you might need to update some "dependency mods" to latest/working versions i mean mostly EVE and Kopernicus in ksprc. Currently im playing with: SVE, EVE, Scatterer, Kopernicus, Planetshine, TextureReplacer & Distant Object Enhancements. And all works fine but must admit that I was also kind of impatient and tryed to get some old ksprc textures to work in 1.1 but runned in to lot of problems with latest TextureReplacer version so now im just trying to hold my horses here untill new version of ksprc.
  10. ^^ what Manwith Noname just said and addition i would like to mention that u can pretty much mashup with different visual mods how you like and just select/delete parts you like/dislike. i would say that... The most important mods/dependencies in KSPRC is: Kopernicus, EVE & TextureReplacer. You want these to get all textures/clouds from KSPRC working properly Not required but still nice additions: Scatterer, Distant Object Enhancements & Planetshine. These is not required and you can still get all textures/clouds from KSPRC pack without these, but of course you get even better visuals with these. especially with Scatterer Edit: and yeah Stock Visual Enhancements is pretty much like KSPRC which contains textures, clouds, sunflares, details, and configs. It is possible to combine these packs with each other, but might be need some config changes/file rearrangement.
  11. Definitely no need to be sorry for delays and especially if working with improvements like this is! Didn't even noticed that Pood have made that kind of guide for cube maps and definitely interesting reading for myself too cause i've been also working with some texturing/cubemaps with other games lately. It's been always interesting to see how other guys doing their work and also you can learn something new or even how to do things easier/less pain way. I honestly admire how you both Proot & Pood work for these stunning visualmods in KSP Thanks!
  12. Sorry forgot to mention completely that i was using latest TextureReplacer (2.4.13) version while got these errors yesterday and several gamecrashes near Mun. And yeah i noticed that confetti effect also with some smoke/plume textures so deleted em also Pretty much using only suits/skyboxes atm. Thanks Sandworm!
  13. Usually download links for latest versions, changelogs & instructions should be found straight from the OP (original post), but i understand that sometimes mod authors just post new changelogs with download links before updating op Anyways latest 1.4 version should be available in SpaceDock, GitHub & even CKAN. http://spacedock.info/mod/384 https://github.com/StupidChris/RealChute/releases/tag/v1.4
  14. Yeah Cetera that is one of the diffuse map textures from old ksprc v. 0.5 i think. Just noticed it's not maybe even worth to trying to solve it anymore since Proot is near to release new version of KSPRC to 1.1 If i have time today and no new version yet i'm going to get back to this issue for sure but tbh have no idea why textures looks like that. Thanks ill just do the same now so only suits & skyboxes for me also
  15. Hey again and back to my issues with KOAS Docking & dissapearing "view from here" action. I was able to reproduce that behaviour only with TweakableEverything 1.15 + other plugins which came with it... TweakableEverything 1.15 should be officially updated to 1.1 and just to make sure my current GameData folder looks like this: FP_KOAS, Squad, ToadicusTools, TweakableEverything, EVAManager.dll & ModuleManager.dll Let me know if you want me to post this also to TweakableEverything thread. thanks tg626! Edit: Did even some more research and just as i expected it was only TweakableDockingNode.dll and TweakableDockingNode.cfg which was causing these issues i had. Really good work from @toadicus and lucky that TweakableEverything is splitted up in separate pieces with plugins/configs so it was easy to just delete Docking Port parts from it and retry... to be continued... 2nd Edit: KSP 1.1 x64, Win10 even though dont think this does matter at all
  16. @tg626 Hey tg626 i encountered some problems with KOAS earlier today in KSP 1.1 and first of all need to admit i have several mods already installed and can test this with fresh intstall later today when i get back to home from work but anyways here we go: I was in LKO with 2 different vessels equipped with stock Sr. Docking Ports and couldn't dock those even i tryed with & without "view from here". also after that i went back to space center and again back to vessels "view from here" button was dissapeared from part action window. After those problems i restarted the game without KOAS installed and i was able to dock those 2 vessels again. By any chance if you know already what im doing wrong or if KOAS is conflicting with some another mods pls lmk as said i can test this again with fresh install later today and most important thing i still have to say that i've been using old docking target mod since 1.0.4 and this new KOAS and camera view is awesome! Thank you for your all work with old docking target mod and this new updated one!
  17. Copied my own post from KSPRC thread since idk if this something to do with TextureReplacer 1.1 pre-release version and/or something went wrong with old configs/textures. I know also that TR is not officially updated to 1.1 yet so ignore this if needed. "I should maybe ask this in Texture Replacer thread but since i got this error from 0.5 ksprc textures i'll just leave it here too. Several game crashes while doing Mun mission. I'm using Texture Replacer Pre-release version for 1.1 so anyone knows what is there anyway i can fix this? Thanks! [OD] ERROR: getting pixelColD with unloaded map TextureReplacer/Default/NewMunSurfaceMapDiffuse.dds of path TextureReplacer/Default/NewMunSurfaceMapDiffuse.dds, autoload = True
  18. Horraay i was just messing around with old 0.5 KSPRC in 1.1 and must say it looks gorgeous already but collisions with terrain scatters will add lot of fun in gameplay for sure... Kerbals seems to be always ready to hit some rocks n' rolls at least in my game Edit: I should maybe ask this in Texture Replacer thread but since i got this error from 0.5 ksprc textures i'll just leave it here too. Several game crashes while doing Mun mission. I'm using Texture Replacer Pre-release version for 1.1 so anyone knows what is there anyway i can fix this? thanks [OD] ERROR: getting pixelColD with unloaded map TextureReplacer/Default/NewMunSurfaceMapDiffuse.dds of path TextureReplacer/Default/NewMunSurfaceMapDiffuse.dds, autoload = True
  19. @gamerscircle To be honest I'm not 100% is this going to work and can't test it myself right now cause i've already updated ksp to 1.1 and dont have 1.0.5 installed atm... Also eagerly waiting KSPRC update to 1.1 But anyways my best bet is it goes like this: Transfer only KSPRC folder from this pack to your GameData folder and then delete everything else than KSPRC_LensFlare.cfg file and Assets folder in that KSPRC folder. I assume that the actual LensFlare file is in that Assets folder and KSPRC_LensFlare.cfg is config for it. Hope you get it work even though i explained this the most confusing way for sure Edit: Also found out that there is plugin called "SunFlareLoader.dll" in Plugins folder in KSPRC folder so you might need that one too
  20. Same here i was only able to find Changelog for Pre-release build 1228. Im also curious to see the release notes for this latest release if theres any around pls guide me there
  21. Steam should launch it in 64bit by default. If it wont then simply launch KSP_x64.exe from game folder. When you launch it from Steam Library it should ask whether to launch it 64bit (default) or 32bit. Sometimes Steam might be messing up with game updates/patches so i would recommend to do "Verify game files" check everytime after game updates/patches trough Steam. You can do this by right clicking game in your Steam Library and it should be found under "Local Files" tab
  22. @The_Spam_King No problem at all Spam King... Just tried to guide you towards most optimal way to get your bug report done and noticed by squad.. You can also find already existing and do your own report for bug if you can reproduce it here -> http://bugs.kerbalspaceprogram.com/projects/prerelease/issues Also... Any of those old 1.05 mods at least with .dll files wont work in 1.1 before getting updated by modders. I would suggest not using any old mods from 1.05 at all. There is also list of mods which got already updated for 1.1 Pre-release. Some of these wont work atm either Anyways have fun with 1.1 Release all of you guys!
  23. I just tested this again and my result is... If game is running 32bit its showing only game version 1.1.0.1230 in lower right corner in Main Menu. If game is running 64 bit its showing 1.1.0.1230 (x64) in lower right corner in Main Menu.
