  1. Just curious, is the website really slow to anyone else or is it just on my side? Thanks
  2. Anything for the 1.1.3 update? I love this mod, and I would love to see it still supported!
  3. I don't see advanced tweakables in the settings.
  4. Today lady's and gentlemen I give to you one of the most interesting(not really) challenges ever put onto the KSP forums! Your challenge is to circumnavigate Kerbin, from one side to the other, while keeping your craft entirely submerged in the water as quickly as you can. Your craft can be as large as you want it to be and you can use any mod you want. You cannot however use any kind of cheat/cheat-like mod whatsoever throughout your trip. You also might want to make your craft self-sustainable with drills/converters/solarpanels as I doubt you could carry enough fuel/electricity for the whole journey. Okay, technically you cant go entirely from one side of the planet to the other but you can get pretty darn close. If you look at the image down below you can see there is a route that goes almost all the way around. Your mission is to get from A to B or vise versa. This post will be updated with more stuff later, I'm writing this in a fairly short amount of time. And if you have Ideas of what to add to the challenge please comment them. Different modes and rewards to come! Please post videos of your adventure down below! I cant wait to see what kinds of craft you people come up with! Good luck!
  5. That is pretty cool, but what I was thinking was something that had a lot more of a narrative to it. As well as a more cinematic approach.
  6. I have what could be one of the most interesting suggestions ever created by man. The idea is, taking the KSP universe, and adding a Story to it, along with adding player choices and dialog(Subtitles) ETC. You could play as all 4 of the main kerbals(Jeb, Bill, Bob, Valentina) through their story of getting into spaceflight/the missions that they do. The player could make certain choices such as, add moar boosters, or add moar struts, or something else along those lines. And play through a select amount as missions as the kerbals from their pov. Some of the downsides to all of this is that it would be extremely linear(as a lot of telltale games are), as well as it would remove the sandbox aspect of the original game. But, some of the upsides to this idea would be, It would give the community a lot of backstory to each main kerbal. As well as it would expand the universe significantly and would confirm or deny a lot of speculation in the KSP universe. It would be an awesome experiment to attempt, as well as very rewarding, but it would without a doubt come with its hardships. Would it be a good idea on Squads part? Probably not, but I think that it shouldn't be completely ruled out for the time being. So what are your guy's thoughts on this? How would you make this idea better? Or, what other style of game would you have made?
  7. I'm really really really disappointed that you guys dont have a demo for console??? What the heck? Of all the things, that's what your missing?
  8. I know. But the weird thing was some of the parts of hyperedit worked like the fuel sliders, but anything that moved the vessel did not work.
  9. Im not sure how but 1.1.3 somehow broke vessel mover, but it also broke other vessel moving mods like hyperedit, so the problem is all around.
  10. It seems that 1.1.3 has broken the wheels of the space center vehicle tremendously. They don't move the vehicle at all and when I try to turn the vehicle the wheels turn in a y-axis(up and down). Never mind, apparently the wheels need to be orientated correctly. You need to fix that issue.
  11. Then it's a conflicting mod, I have all of the folders/new parts as well. I cannot upload the logs just yet as I have stuff to do, but I will later today
  12. Thanks I'll give it a try. Maybe I just found bad links. Nope it still wont show a lot of the rework parts, it still shows the base IR parts but none of the newer ones.
  13. Im a bit late for the party for this but, I have installed the latest version of Infernal Robotics Model Rework and the new hinges, rotatrons etc are not there, only the original grey ones are. Are the newer white and orange parts being worked on currently, or are they just hidden around in the parts folder and are failed to be loaded into the game? Thanks for the help.
  14. Just curious, will version 1.1.2 of ksp mess with this mod at all??
  15. Just curious, has the 1.1.1 update broken BD Armory? Kinda don't want to download if it doesn't work
  16. No I am not, but on wide view(clicking that pair of arrows in the top right) it looks even emptier. Maybe increasing the size of some of the filter buttons might make it less, desolate? IDK
  17. I'm liking the new updated look of the site. But the top of the page (where you select the filters) seems really empty now
  18. Looks alot better than the crappy orange color of the original. Thanks! P.S how do you install this? Do I delete the old part first and then put it in my game data folder?
  19. Wait I cant even click on my periaps or apoaps tabs to keep them there? WTF? Its a pain to have to hover over them constantly.
  20. Do you think that you'll post a 1.1 update? I'm kinda worried I wont see them anymore.
  21. Take a look at the domed building part of the R&D facility. And this one take a look at the nav ball Yes it is a small difference but its a difference that I just cant unsee. It is essentially a slight fish eye kind of effect. Anyone have any fixes?
  22. I don't know if its just me or what but My camera during flight has this weird fish eye style thing going on with it. For instance when in the IVA, I move the cam face on with something like the nav ball and it appears to be smaller than it normally should be, then as I pan the camera in a direction it grows larger and stretches ever so slightly. Is there any way to fix this or is it just a result of switching engines?
