  1. Hey, I've just seen this screenshot you've made: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/306437807650635780/604049844616560641/screenshot1311.png

And I was wondering which mods you use to make KSP look so amazing :o

All of the rocket parts in that screenshot are from Bluedog Design Bureau, though I use the latest dev version off of github. The planet and skybox are Beyond Home v1.0 (because I am in KSP 1.7.0).

  2. So. I just decided to go play KSP again, it didn't even launch on me.

But here is some stuff anyways:

Oh, you kids and your foreign school trips. The farthest I've ever gone is an amusement park in the far south part of the country, I guess that's the price of living in such a huge nation.

      DeltaDizzy

      Yes but Delta II

Compared to Delta II, FH is worthless to me

  9. I just found out about this and its amazing.

ALICE is a rocket fuel that uses aluminium nano-powder and water (in the form of Ice, to keep the mixture stable). The Aluminum reacts with the oxygen in the water like any other themite reaction, and the hydrogen shoots out at high velocity, increasing the exhaust velocity.

Not just that, because all it is just Aluminum and water, it could easily be be made at say, the Moon, because those two things aren't too difficult to get on the Moon, and Ice isn't too hard to store, not much harder than Cryogenic liquids like liquid Hydrogen and Oxygen. This is a solid rocket fuel, so it can't be turned off, unfortunately.

I could see this being used in kick-stages for Lunar Orbital cannon cargo, to finish orbit.

Well It has nothing to do with the moon, but it is just parrafin burned in a pure oxygen environement. Maybe a good choice for cheap SRB's launching from earth.

  12. How to tell if someone is new to KSP:

In the KSC scene, do they click on the buildings or use the buttons?

  15. Im currently revising the space capsule thing. This time i have the power of CAD software.

    spacecraft_design_by_zanzalur-dc5f0fw.pn

This is the Capsule One, it weighs 1.5 tons and has a volume of 1.4 cubic metres. Its not meant for human spaceflight but you could squeeze a person inside the 62cm hole if you wanted to. Not recommended for claustrophobes.

This is the basic design of it, the advanced bits and bobs are coming, some day....

    Any good name recommendations?
