  1. In the config file for the ammo box on mine, and sounds like on yours too, it was 7.92A~Mauser or something to that effect. I had to change it to 7.92x57mmMauser manually. I'll be testing to see if that fixed it shortly, along with a few others things and can tell you when I get done. As this doesn't seem to affect everyone (and I looked in the zip file where it seems to be just fine), it seems to be some weird install glitch that only affects at random.
  2. I can tell you I had a similar problem and am trying to track down the source. For me, the 7.92 mauser ammo had some install glitch in the Universal Ammo Box and changed the way it was written. You could check that and see if that fixes part of the problem. It should read 7.92x57mmMauser. I can't be sure what the other issue is, as I have that happen sometimes which seems to be a bug inherent to BDAc and affects varying weapon mods at times.
  3. I can't tell you for sure but I have to imagine that there may be some problem with having enough seawater for sinking or it just might not work at all.
  4. @Salvator What I suggest is A) Make sure you have a current Firespitter installed. If it still doesn't work, then B) Remove and reinstall BDArmory. We'll work from there and see how that goes.
  5. Actually, I think I have identified the actual issue you are having and will report it to @SpannerMonkey(smce) immediately.
  6. By add, you mean placed and configured for the ammo type by the right click menu, I assume. (I hate to ask such a simple question, but it's something that could be easily missed.)
  7. It sounds like some conflict somewhere, for starters because the pumps should be able to keep up with a regular breach without too much hassle. I wouldn't be so sure it's a flaw in Hullbreach that is the issue. You're using LBP which is just not good anymore, when taking into consideration what else is out there like SM Marine.
  8. To be fair the only part you see of a GAU-8 on a 'Hog is part of a rectangular prism and a minigun barrel so.
  9. I knew what you meant. But something like that would pretty much have to be part of the hull (or modular but only meant for that purpose)
  10. There is a pop up 'stealth' launcher, I think in SMI Missiles and Launchers if I am not mistaken. Pretty sure you can offset it into the hull but it only raises up a little. As for VLS cells, I think Malfunc's Armory has the Mk 41 single and quad packable cells already. Using them on newer hulls though, would require an open section of hull for attaching them, or an older LBP hull that has demonstrated allowing passthrough of missiles in the past. A true ASROC system isn't possible (yet). I can't tell you about anything regarding the others you mentioned (but I am a Russian weapon nut so I bug Spanner for lots of them!) Finally, twin arm launchers. The limitation is they can't be reloaded by automatic means, as the missile is usually its own part. It has been demonstrated that Kerbals can rearm aircraft and the like so it would be possible, I guess, to do it manually, but otherwise a twin (or single) arm launcher would be two (or one) shots and done, or have some animations allowing it to be multiple 'reloads' but be unguided rockets.
  11. I like the fewer parts option (not that it's THAT much fewer), but it certainly drops the part count to a more comfortable amount for myself at least.
  12. Well IIRC if you use the SM Paintshop it will change the texture of all the parts on a vehicle that can be changed. If you go into parts individually there will be a 'Next Texture' and 'Previous Texture' button where you can cycle through them individually.
  13. Not offhand but I can have a look as I am loading KSP as we speak, but I'm pretty sure most of the AFVs have different options along with their turrets. Some missiles have optional colors. Etc.
  14. AFAIK the stats are the same from what I am seeing, but one has 2 blades, one has 4. I'm not sure if there's more to it than that.
  15. SMI Missiles and Launchers. https://github.com/SpannerMonkey/SMI_MissilesLaunchers/releases/tag/v0.1.1.0-beta
  16. I don't know about a JSOW but SMI_Missiles and Launchers has two flavors of AGM-158 JASSM.
  17. As a side note, if you like this mod and want to suggest a Vs match-up, feel free. We'll be happy to consider any ideas, but that doesn't mean that anything will get made. Cold War, Modern, Vietnam era, Korean War era. Try to keep them closely matched either by function or era, like the F-15 and the MiG-31, or a MiG-21 and an F-4E or something.
  18. Well I thought it was. Flight puns in a game primarily about flight? Always necessary!
  19. We have other match-ups planned for the future if this "takes off". Pun intended.
  20. For those that struggle with finding that perfect part or put together that perfect fighter fuselage, this is the mod for you. Brought to you by SM Associates @XOC2008 and @TheKurgan (with some excellent modelling by @SpannerMonkey(smce)!), we bring you Versus! Versus was created with two things in mind, lower part count aircraft to utilize BDArmory and related mods more efficiently, and to put together head-to-head match-ups between aircraft of similar style and function. These fuselages are all-in-one, including cockpit, radar, engine, ammo, and fuel. (On some occasions, the fuselage will also have a weapon integrated such as with the F-15 in this initial release.) Versus contains the following parts: F-15 Fuselage with inegrated 20mm MiG-31 Fuselage Su-25 Fuselage 3 F-15 droptanks in varied sizes 2 Pilot Pitot parts for WM and AI function FAB-100, 250, 500, and 5000 bombs (assets from NKD, rescaled and edited for current BDAc compatibility.) You will of course also need to outfit the vessel with wings, landing gear, control surfaces, weapons, and whatever various odds and ends you'd like. To note: This mod is intended for "full size" aircraft. Tweakscale is not supported, as it can and will most likely alter the weight and flight characteristics with disastrous results. Thrust, velocity, and atmospheric curves have been toiled over to get the most realistic performance we can squeeze out of these aircraft. This mod was designed for and with Stock aero, as such FAR is not supported, but if this works in FAR then all the better for those users. Versus is CC BY-ND 4.0 I know, no pics no clicks! Download on Spacedock or Dropbox. Recommended (but not required) Mods: BDArmory Continued - Required for pilot pitot part to function SM Armory SMI Missiles and Launchers - Full of missiles, especially some perfect Russian ones to outfit your vodka fueled planes. KWS - Cold War BDArmory Extension Kerbal Foundries Procedural Wings
  21. Ah yes. I have been prodding Spanner on occasion for that myself!
  22. Hi, Spanner has a few TEL systems in the SM Missiles and Launchers mod here: https://github.com/SpannerMonkey/SMI_MissilesLaunchers/releases/tag/v0.1.1.0-beta IIRC there is at the very least a Scud and a Topol-style launcher.
  23. When you say "the parts", you mean the 2m parts, right? I can't imagine scaling up the Hawkeye or Mirage. They're just right.
