Today I was at a restaurant, trying to discuss tachyonic antitelephones and vertical farming with my family. The problem was that my father is a political scientist, my mother is a lawyer/writer, and my sister is too young to even spell "tachyon." I felt lonely, except I was surrounded by people. I felt like I was the only person there who could understand things like tachyons and verticle farming. There wasn't a word to fit how I felt, so I made a new one: onely. It could be interpreted as a portmanteau of lonely and only, or some other way. When you are onely, you feel like you are lonely because you are the only person who understands/can do/likes something. An example sentence is " I felt onely being the only Kerbal player." I would like to try to make onely a real word, but I have no idea how. If you know how to do that, please tell me.
