  1. Not fast enough! I've got something in the works...
  2. You need screenshots or the common practice around here is to simply ignore the post and not download the craft. People just refuse to take a look unless you show them what they're getting first. That sounded kind of blunt, but I don't mean to sound harsh, I'm just saying that you won't get many likes / downloads / comments, etc unless you add a screenshot of your rocket. To do so follow the instructions below: -Hit F1 when ingame to take a screenshot of the game (hit F2 before hand to turn off the heads up display for a cleaner screenshot) -Go to https://imgur.com/ and upload a photo (you don't need an account for this but its nice to keep all of them under a profile if you upload a lot) -Go to the photo in imgur, right click and open in new tab. -Copy the URL -Paste the URL like so: "https://i.imgur.com/f4tpHc4.png" <--- That link goes to a screenshot of mine, sorry for linking it but I wanted to show you what the link looks like It should pop up as a screenshot in the editor menu before you even save, rather than a link. If you want it to be a link simply go to the bottom of the photo and hit the "display as link instead" button.
  3. Perhaps hes using a color changing mod to put together a city out of parts...? -edit- scratch that, hes changed the ground shape and such.
  4. If you use parts that have very low drag to form the body and air hog with rapiers you can come close, 1700 m/s from what I remember, I haven't been on KSP in a while.
  5. 1800 m/s is easily achievable even at low altitudes. Reduce drag It's sustainable at higher altitudes though.
  6. Just set up my dropbox (online storage) to save my craft folder every 5 minutes when changes are noticed. I appreciate the sympathy, nothing but good will come from this though when I rebuild. I'll be working on these projects for a much longer period of time now, and I suspect they will be my best work when I'm finished. Expect a lot at once sometime in a few months time. I'm also working on making music, recording videos, video editing, etc. I'll be doing all of it for my own videos, and it will take up a lot of time. It will be awesome, I assure you.
  7. My windows install had been corrupted during an update, and I had to reinstall windows on my SSD to fix it. This required that I wipe the SSD, and I had not remembered that my KSP install, photos, craft, etc were all stored there. Subsequently all of my ongoing current projects such as the following are gone and must be started again, some from scratch. -DeLorean (almost complete version saved on my KerbalX.) -2020 Tesla Roadster (completely gone) -Super carrier (completely gone) -Rk15 fighter jet (completely gone) There were a few more projects I had started concepts for but had not even really started, so I won't list those, but I did lose quite a bit of KSP memories, and I have yet to reinstall the game. Kind of gave me creators block and a lack of wanting to keep developing craft in KSP. My last WIP pic for the DeLorean, Carrier, and 2020 Roadster before crash:
  8. I've made very heavy aircraft perform this maneuver. I'm sure you can do it!
  9. Cannot wait to see what you come up with! Could you also do a Su-47?
  10. I enjoy building in KSP, especially replicating some neat cars! Here is a few examples:
  11. If you need a custom car, I'd be glad to assist you in that endeavor, I have several really nice replica's, and I can make practically anything you want me to that doesn't have too many curves. (Just PM me.)
  12. Work time on these projects is scarce with school, but I am working on a couple new cars: -Finishing the DeLorean. Better late than never, and soon, we won't have to worry about being late. -2020 Tesla Roadster. Ludicrous? No. This thing's gone plaid.
  13. Scott just did a video that included my car, so I thought that warranted me updating the thread with the video!
  14. I got a 48 second run on a track with flags placed at all the corners with his craft, so it's not exaggerated, he just doesn't have a great PC, so his game is wayyyy slowed down, and he has to speed the footage up to real time.
  15. It's not too late to go back and teach it to yourself in a way that you understand it better with a proper modern math book. And by modern, I mean any math book that explains things in the most detailed way possible as to show you WHY it's necessary to learn, etc.
  16. It's a unfixable game glitch (unfixable without a game patch) The lines separating the biomes of the KSC break wheels.
  17. It explodes when you pass over the lines connecting the different "biomes" of the KSC. Nice run! -edit- I added your run as the Toyota AE86 <--- That's what I assume you built?! The previous name was too long for me to put it in the scoreboard properly.
  18. Corvette has been updated! It looks much more like a corvette, and handles much much much better. It's a quality build from me now, and it should have been upon release, but it was rushed out into public eye too early.
  19. Work in progress on the Corvette I released this weekend. (Top is new remodel, bottom is old model) I'll be using some tips from @Azimech to improve the handling characteristics, and propulsion methodology.
