  1. I still can't figure out how to allow my computer to let me delete and move files in KSP's GameData folder. Any moderators with Windows 10 know how to help?

I might be able to help, I don't know, since I haven't gotten around to installing it on my laptop. But anyway, click-hold outside of the screen, and move over the file(s) you want to move, it gets highlighted blue, let go, but don't simply click, click-hold them, and you can move them to other folders, to move them to specific folders hover over to general folder so it expands. To delete, left-click on the file to select, and right-click to see the options.

If you couldn't already tell, I'm assuming you're new to W10, and this is stuff I've found with regular files.

And if you've already tried this, sorry :P

click it once then right click, it opens a bigger window, then you can delete it, I'm not sure what is wrong with moving, its only drag n' drop, unless you just downloaded it, then you click on the download link and it brings you to the compressed folder, click on the folder and it brings you to the real outer folder, drag that folder to where you will find it easily. I don't have steam so I'm not sure if this works with a steam download, does steam change anything?

@Spaceception No it looks like it is some sort of bug with Windows or Steam. For whatever reason, both of us aren't able to cut and paste or delete anything from the GameData folder. It pops up a windows saying that the folder is open in another program, even though it isn't.

To delete folders from GameData, you'll have to delete each individual subfolder, that is how I've gotten around the problem. It is tedious, but its a temporary solution.
