  2. I've been planning some more for binary planets in the Othrys Planet Pack, and I have some questions. One of my future plans is to put the Earth-like planet Rea (pronounced REE-AH) in a binary system with another Earth analogue, Tethys. Around the binary planets, I want to put three captures planetoids named Vesta, Juno, and Ceres. Is it even possible with Sigma Binary to put other, smaller bodies around an equal-mass binary system? Not around one planet or the other, but BOTH of them.
  3. @tygoo7 Thanks! I actually want to create them just to see how they would work, look, and either make or break the game. Maybe I could use these ideas in another of my planets packs, but I don't really have any Space Engine textures that would work well for any moon, so I want to make their textures a similar way you made yours. How did you make those custom textures for the moons you already have? Did you use DeviantArt or something like PhotoShop? BTW: I now have a texture idea for Hala, the Helene analogue. KillAshley can take advantage of the misspelling and make Sarin (the planet, not the weapon) a toxic gas giant. Maybe purplish with extreme ASL temperatures from the planet's huge radiation field.   5. Very nice. I like how you are making a Saturn analogue to KSP. Maybe you could add some more moons to Saru (and maybe Jool, just to balance it out) to make it a LOT like Saturn. Here are some suggestions: Tyleus: A Tethys analogue. Like Ensol, Tyleus could have a bluish-white color, but there would be more white. There also should be large impact basins and red streaks all over the moon. Hala: The Helene analogue, and a trojan moon of Tyleus. I have no idea of a texture. Doris: A potential Dione analogue.   7. If the red dwarf Juno is going to have an ocean world around it, is the system based off of Gliese 1214 and its planet? I also have some planet suggestions for specific stars. The red giant Alexis could have a planet based off of the recently discovered Aldebaran b, a gas giant heated up by its star's death. The sun-like star you added could have a Kerbin-like planet based off of Kepler-452b (I live there :sticktongue:). I even named 452b after the Greek god Aristaios, so if you do make a 452b-like planet, can you name it that?
  8. Hey, Sigma88, when will this plugin be updated for KSP 1.0.5? I'm stuck with 0.90 for now, but I will be getting 1.0.5 off of Steam soon and I would LOVE to use Sigma Binary in some of my planet packs. I will probably use it for the Titan-like planet Anthe in my Othrys Planet Pack, which will eventually have a large moon based off of Enceladus. They would look really cool as a binary. Right now, though, Anthe is very buggy and that moon won't come until at least version 0.6.
  9. Alright, the Othrys Planet Pack is up on Curse, but it will be a few hours until it is set for download. Now I am going to create a forum page about the mod. - - - Updated - - - The reason why I do not use regular Kopernicus is because, with my experiences with other planet packs, it seems like there is no pure Kopernicus for 0.90. If there is regular Kopernicus for 0.90, please let me know. Then I will start to make a version of the Othrys Planet Pack (OPP) with that.

  11. I'm planning to get KSP via Steam soon, and I once tried to do regular Kopernicus (before I realized it was for 1.0:P), so I somewhat understand how to use it in later versions. In fact, the planets (part of the Kerbal Frontiers mod I used to make) actually loaded up in the tracking station, yet my ships randomly exploded when I launched them. Also, is there any way I can update my download of KSP via the KSP store, and is that new copy you mentioned free or not? Also, is there a Kittopia PQSMod that enhances a planet's texture when you get closer? My planet textures are somewhat blurry (espec

  13. I'm new to the forum, but not to Kerbal Space Program modding. After months of grueling coding, game crashes, mutant planets, and stranded kerbals, I have finally gotten the hang of Kopernicus Tech. I've made a planet pack via K-Tech called the Othrys Planet Pack. As of right now, there are 4 planets and 6 moons this mod adds, but in the future there will (probably) be around 2 dozen! Each planet is unique and created by a LOT of effort. I will post some development screenshots in a few days and eventually create a forum page just for the mod. BTW this mod is in KSP 0.90 because I got the game
