I Have done everything as exactly as on PC. I using the PS4 version cause I have a really bad pain in my hands so using the game pad is perfect and I love kerbal more than any game I have. Matter of fact its all I play. But yeah, I cannot figure it out so I cannot move froward in the game. I wish there was a way to add a cheat to make the chutes indestructible. I am going to try some other engines to see if this has an effect, right now I am using a booster and on ascent I am tilting 50ms to 80, then after 250ms I then move it to 70 - 60 degrees, and the booster it at 50 percent thrust. So this should be good enough to get really shallow. and it looks it would work, but man, 3000 i am around 400ms by the time I hit the water I am 275ms. its awful. But I understand its to be expect with anything be moved to a console from PC. I will not jump ship on this game, it is one of the loves of my life. If I could marry it I would, but I am too afraid what our kids would look like. (thats a joke guys) so this is what I am using Booster, 50 percent thrust Pod, first chute heatsheild fins thats it

I cannot get the pod to come in shallow enough to get the speed under 250 ms for chute to safely reply. No matter what I try. it always above 275ms when the pod hits the water. Not sure if this is a bug or what. Now I have the program on PC and I've got no problems, but one PS4 I cannot get it done.

Sometime ago I saw a announcement stating a release on PS4. I was wondering if this was a no go since I've not heard anything else. The reason I am asking is I Have a friend whom was in the navy and go electrocuted. Now he has lost the movement of most of his hands since then. But has enough movement he can us a PS4 Controller. I told him about the announcement and he got really excited, since he is 100 percent disabled and can't really get around. Since he has seen me play it, he has commented a lot about how he would absolutely love to play it.

I want to thank everyone for replying, Where I am at is, I can get to space but never got into orbit, but however did bury Jed in the middle of the earth due to the velocity at which he hit. But I will take in all your guys wonderful input. Unfortunately classes are stating again for me on Jan 22nd. Going to be busy but as I have some down time I will work hard to get there. So, I Have had this product for a long time. I just recently started playing Kerbal. I am seeking to become better at Kerbal, but I just don't know where to begin. I want to be able to do the math, and really get into it and become quite the Kerbal Nerd, but I just don't know where i should begin. There are so many tutorials out there, I am a professional photographer, so I don't have the time to find the path or sift through the many tutorials out there. Can anyone give me some guidance where should I begin and the road I need to go down to be able to achieve this goal. So far all I am doing is simple mode and trial and error kind of not science path. But where I want to get to is, advance mode and beast science and math path. Any help, any kind of help would be greatly appreciated.
