I found a strange bug. If a suits name contains space TR will set a kerbal to unset/generic if the suit is equiped to that kerbal. Example: "Suit 01" After I renamed the suits as "Suit_01" the bug didn't happen.

What happened to the hangarbay that opens both ways? Is it in the lagacy pack?

Well, I just did it myself pretty much... My private pack contains the infodrive, the ladders and rails, the lights (oh god, the lights <3 ), the shielded docking port and of course the HX parts.

Is it possible to just have the HX parts?

You made a typo in the .cfg file of your KerbFleet Pack. The Scientist Kadet and the Scientist Ensign both have the 14, therefor the Ensign will not be shown ingame. Also the DL-link for the military pack leads me to the Kerbfleet pack.
