  1. I've figured it out, I was just dumb. My RoverMate was upside down (as a result my navball faced retrograde in the beginning) and I had to remake the entire rover, and only then did it get fixed. Thanks anyways, and yeah this forum has helped me a lot so far.
  2. I'm making my first probe to Duna with a rover attached, and (my ship is the exact same as Scott Manley's from his Career Series Episode 22) I get this message saying that my command module is facing the wrong way, and I cannot seem to fix it. I've tried turning it upside down and all, but nothing. Every time I launch my navball is polar and I absolutely despise it. How do I fix this? I do not have MechJeb. Any ideas? Thanks

  4. I'm a beginner at KSP (<100 hours) and I've only ever done rendezvous once, and that is with rescuing another kerbal (personally I think I just got lucky.) Now I have to learn how to dock. I've watched videos on it, specifically Scott Manley, but I just can't manage the skill to get the inclination right, nor get the spaceship in the exact same position as the target vessel. Any tips on how to make rendezvous easier? No mods please (except maybe those that don't affect gameplay). Thanks guys
  5. Thanks everyone for the amazing responses. I will try getting as much science from the moons as I possibly can, and then finally learning how to dock my ships so I can refuel to my next celestial body. And then maybe establishing a base on either the Mun or Minmus. This seems like a rough challenge for a beginner like me, but I will learn in time. Thanks again
  6. Hey guys, I'm new to this forum so forgive me if this question has been asked already... What do you do once you get to the Mun, Minmus, and collected the data? More contracts? More trips to the moons to get as much science as possible? Do you try for Duna right away? If so, how will I get there without burning too much fuel? I have just gotten the basic parts for heavy rocketry (fuel tanks, command pod, engines, and one fuel booster) so I am not familiar at all as to how to make efficient rockets with them. Any tips as to how to reach there properly? Thanks everyone
