[1.4.3] [(Re^4)visited!] Science Revisited 1.7.0
Jansn67 replied to zekew11's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
The "Micro-Gravity"-Experiment from "Science Revisited Revisited" have strange behavior within the "Spectrometron" of "Station Science 2.0", which wasnt present in Station Science 1.6. Once the Hitch is manned with an Scientist and Micro-Gravity is done once, it begins to doubles/duplicated/spam the analyzable Results in the Spectrometron after analyzed first time. It keeps happen when i move the Scientist back to another Module. (Think involved Mods are Station Science, Science Rev Rev, Automated Science Sampler (= off). First quick LOG-investigations dont bring up any.. "Science Results".. cant find any errors..) -

In the past i could move Science Results to other Modules (MPL!) over the Contect Menues (or with Ship Manifest f.e.). Now the disappear to somewhere... !?!? (Also without creating Data for the MPL.) I used that to recover Results that give no more points when transmitted. (Think involved Mods are Station Science, Science Rev Rev, Automated Science Sampler (= off). First quick LOG-investigations dont bring up any.. "Science Results".. cant find any errors..) Edit: also with "Retrograde Kuarqs" (AutomatedScienceSmaple deinstalled, configs and persistent cleaned) -

[1.12.x] Transfer Window Planner v1.8.0.0 (April 11)
Jansn67 replied to TriggerAu's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
Oh man, thank you so much to keep this (one of my top 10) mod alive and updated.. ! When i press F2 to make screens for my "comic book" and then press F2 again to control, TWP window is always up. I saw the postings above, but for me its not a bug or annoying, it just need fine-tuning. Doesnt matter if or when, i can live with it. Main issue is it works.. :-) and it works. But i would be also happy if this behaviour wouldnt exist. PS: i have icon in blizzys toolbar, dont know if it do it in stock toolbar too. -

[1.11] RemoteTech v1.9.9 [2020-12-19]
Jansn67 replied to tomek.piotrowski's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
If users/players with "KerbinSide" want to upgrade their Stations to Satellite-Uplinks i adapted the old config file. Just copy and paste content into RemoteTech_Setting.cfg in your (actual) Savegame-Folder. (And make backup before.) If someone have tips/tricks to personalize/vary the settings please share your edits/optimizations within this thread. BTW: In my actual longtime-1.12-savegame RT works as it should. No probs so far till now... Many many thanks for keeping this important mod alive and working. -
[1.8.x] AutomatedScienceSampler - V1.3.5 - 18.10.2019
Jansn67 replied to SpaceTiger's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
True words.. But (first) i need my own investigation to find solutions and understand habits of (heavy) modded KSP, how different mods work together and/or interference each others, and (second) sometimes i need hints from others and/or more experienced KSP-users/modders. I know how annoying that can be for "KSP pros". And so, to both of you i say thank you for your "wigging". -
[1.8.x] AutomatedScienceSampler - V1.3.5 - 18.10.2019

Found the error: it was "ForScience". Case closed. Thank you very much for your patience. -
[1.8.x] AutomatedScienceSampler - V1.3.5 - 18.10.2019
Jansn67 replied to SpaceTiger's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
KerboKatz Utilities = 1.3.7. (Using CKAN.) Found the debug infos in the ordinary KSP.log. (But wow, thats a lot.. :p) Must go through that all after restarting and take an eye on whats happen in the log. Edit: i am afraid that it interference with "ForScience" mod... (?) Need detailed and deeper investigation. -
[1.8.x] AutomatedScienceSampler - V1.3.5 - 18.10.2019
Jansn67 replied to SpaceTiger's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
Sorry for my inconvenience and behaviour. Sooo, here we go first with the Settings: ASS = off (white icon) Single Run = 0 Reset = 0 Hide Diag = 0 Transfer = Disabled Transfer All Data = 0 Dump Dupes = 0 Per Craft Settings = 1 Station in orbit arounfd Kerbin with all "Station Science" parts sticked together. When i want to process a "Surface Sample", to get additional Data for the MPL (to convert to Science Data), in the "Cyclotron", it will be immediately removed out to an "unknown place". (No part lists science results to look into science dialog, send or process.) When i finish a "Prograde Kuarqs" (which i have to finalize and keep in the experiment box to bring to and recover on Kerbin) - same thing - it will be removed out immediately after i press "Finalize Experiment". Question: where can i find the debug infos of ASS? -
[1.8.x] AutomatedScienceSampler - V1.3.5 - 18.10.2019
Jansn67 replied to SpaceTiger's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
It seems that this mod makes it impossible/unable to process science data (AND experiments) with "Station Science"-Mod (and MPL). Also it seems that the switch per Vessel Setting and Transfer Science = Disable dont work. Even Ship Manifest fails to handle science results if everything = off. Quite final attempts are deinstall mod. (How easy and non-friction it was with mods Science Alert+Science Containers.) -
Hi there.
May i ask if its possible to check through your great Multiports (a+b).
Last days i started to build up my Stations again in a new 1.12 savegame. But at docking together first
2 parts, i saw that it dont work. I tried with several mixtures of sizes and stockparts. No success.
I tried to edit the config files. No change in behaviour and success.
It seems that none of them will dock together. Also a Multiport-b onto a -a.
You can reply to the Multiport-Thread.
Thank you very much.

[1.2.2] Engineer Level Fixer - Fix tires at any level you want!
Jansn67 replied to civilwargeeky's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
I also had a rover driving in "ralley"-style at north pole. No broken wheels anymore. Also in 4x timewarp. Thanks for testing it out and proof the new wheel behaviour. -
Seems he dont... would also be curious. (Came here from the ksp wiki.)
-
Have probs to dock a Multiport-b on a Multiport-a. Edit: after 8 hours of testing and hacking i am 99 % sure this ports now are broken in 1.1.2. None of stock and multiports will dock together. Sad, because i dont like the stock docking ports, which will only fit same parts together.

[1.1.2] GrumpyCollector 1.0.1 - Stutter ? What Stutter
Jansn67 replied to sarbian's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
Additional Info: Last weekend, after 1.12 release of RemoteTech i shot up 10 (4x kerbin, 3x mun, 3x minmus) sats. All without a reboot/restart of OS or KSP. Some few with a "revert". When i remind, some was going up really fast (i was swamped at that moments), some others dammed slow. (All with green time stamp, low cpu/gpu workload and low RAM utilization, Debug console shows volative framerates, and NO warning or exceptions!) Strange that one Launch have low fps and red Time stamp but goes up fast, others have yellow time stamp, but stutter and lag a lot. Beside that, Mechjeb rarely gets crazy.. burn something wired and SAS begins to whip in all firections. But that space science.. -
[1.1.2] GrumpyCollector 1.0.1 - Stutter ? What Stutter
Jansn67 replied to sarbian's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
Sarbian, thanks you very much for letting us experimenting with and initiation to make an amazing and hyperfun game "betaR than evaR". Tried GrumpyCollector with a copy of my 1.112-longtime-savegame (including around 90 mods). Want to tell my personal experience (Lubuntu 16.04, KSP64, Intel [email protected] -> Hyper Threading off, nVidia 560TI, 32GB Ram@2400): Ingame Time (upper left corner) runs faster, quite earth realtime, but stuttering feels unusual and strange. I tried settings 0.3, 1 and 5 in settings file. I started KSP with and without the wiki-Linux-Launcher-script. PS: i would say, also that "hacking around" in cfgs, trying different mod mixtures, keep an installation cosy, makes that game so much "fun" too. And yes, over the times and years, i learn/ed a lot of "handling ksp" :-) (It sometimes really can be a.. "poodley and uptight", specially heavy modded.) But now, MINE actually runs really smooth. Thanks again and keep up your important business. Without your participation KSP would never got so great how it is today.
