  1. Actually now it works, but only with the BDA stuff added. For whatever reason BDA has been screwy with me and refuses to work without a weapon manager.
  2. Well I'm sure fans would be happy to curate them, but that wouldn't be possible. Squad would have to curate them, because if they didn't there would be no sure-fire way to make sure that the people getting the old versions actually own the game. Squad has made millions off KSP, money should not be an issue. Plus I've seen them mention it before in streams. Bugs would just be something people would have to live with, and honestly the only mod makers who would even acknowledge the existence of people requesting mods for older versions would probably be willing to make them, everyone else would just ignore them. And I'm sure Squad could attach a readme(that admittedly probably nobody would read) that states that these are unsupported versions, and as such are to be maintained by yourself, with no liability.
  3. Yep. And it's in 1.0.5. It's giving me the aim marker and everything but nothing happens when I click.
  4. Doesn't give me the shooting prompt, with or without that BDArmory Kerbal Wep Manager plugin or not
  5. I read the mod list, must've just evaded my eyes.
  6. Gonna ask, are Kerbal Planetary Base Systems and Kerbal Historical Institute(literally just old versions of parts) allowed?
  7. Well the only techincally non-stock parts I used were the old Mk1 Command Pod which is either 0.2 tons lighter or heavier than the one we have now, and the old RV-105 thruster, which is only different externally. It has the same performance as the one we have as stock.
  8. Alright, so my design was pretty simple, and it was pretty easy getting it down I may or may have not used an old parts mod I have installed considering the old parts give me a stiffy(namely the old Mk1 Pod) pls no bully ;-;
  9. I know it's never actually gonna get added but the KPBS would actually fit into stock reasonably nicely. It has that stock-alike feel to it that I prefer when getting part mods.
  10. Hold on, I've got an idea for a ship. Brb.
  11. You mention the 1.1 release, but, A. They've had YEARS to implement this feature that fans have been asking for and B. You make it seem as if one of the devs taking 30 minutes out of his life to upload the previous versions of the game that I guarantee they have on a hard drive to the same general hosting that they have the current versions on is hard Squad has had years to implement this feature that they've repeatedly mentioned that will be a thing. The reason it hasn't happened can be chalked up to laziness. And as the saying goes, "the consumer is always right".
  12. Bumping this topic. I've seen Squad mention this many times, and considering the game is a full release they have nothing stopping them from doing it right now. I would like a Squad representative to explain why this hasn't happened yet.
  13. I wouldn't say a menu, I'd just say that you could get it at the download page on the KSP website, where it has the stuff for the current version, and then a link to another thing that lists all the older versions to download, all the way back to 0.14. Every time a new update comes out, the older one is indexed to the archives to download. And I don't know if it could really be called piracy. I am the consumer and I do have the right to own an older version of the game.
  14. Here's what you should do to try and activate it on your side. 1. Go to the pond 2. Catch a fish 3. Run and jump to ragdoll yourself 4. Watch your kerbal spazz the hell out Speeding up to 4x phys warp and pressing one of the WASD keys should reverse the effects until you ragdoll again. Mind you that I'm using a modded 1.0.5 save, so it could be the fact I'm using 1.0.5 or one of my mods is causing it.
  15. Yes but that is a demo. What I mean is giving people who bought the game the ability to get the older paid versions, from 0.14 onwards.
  16. I've been wanting to play older versions lately(0.17 in specific), but the problem is that they aren't very easily accessible, and the means as to get it are kind of blurred as to wether they're legal or not. I'd like it if Squad would have their customers be given the ability to download the previous paid versions, i.e. 0.14 and onwards. And it's not like that would be very expensive to host, plus Squad has plenty of revenue to fund that. And there is a way to give people the ability to access older versions of games on Steam, too. I really would like to see this happen, because I don't want to do questionable things to get my hands on old versions(plus some are straight up nowhere to be found). Anyone agree with me?
  17. The attachable hatches would be quite the tricky task to implement. On the other hand an airlock with a hatch and docking port would just be a normal part and I honestly don't know why there isn't one.
  18. Now it's working with seemingly no issues. I'll make sure to see if there are any unwanted glitches. EDIT: I have no idea if this has anything to do with the mod but I jumped in the pool and now my Kerbal is glitching the hell out. Will try to reproduce it with and without the mod. EDIT 2: Yep, if you've caught a fish and you ragdollify yourself you're in for a world of pain. No need to fix, just add a warning to people to not become a ragdoll after catching something.
  19. Nope. Arrow keys don't do jack. EDIT: Actually, they work for like half a second, then it stops responding to my inputs
  20. 1.0.5. I don't play KSP on Steam because I prefer to have the flexibility I get when not having to get games through Steam. I only get Steam exclusives on it.
  21. Well now it just straight up doesn't show up on Mac. Before I could engage it, but now it doesn't even come up in a tab.
  22. So, what on earth happened to this mod?
