Thanks about the suggestion about modding, I'll sure have a look. I've never thought about looking at MM but it's a very good point! Being a newbie i just realised FAR wasn't the right place to have discussions like these so decided to reply on your feed

  One of the awesome things about this game is how open it is and easy to mod. The way parts are set up makes them very easy to modify and make new ones and it gives you a huge range of customization without ever having to write a single line of code, I'm at work at the moment but once I'm home I can see if i can scrounge up some links to some introductory documentation on the cfg system and Module Manager to send your way. Actually the Module Manager thread is probably the best place to start for info on that.
