    What if the Deep Space Climate Observatory (DSCOVR) is just the Earth's way of taking a giant planetary selfie every 2 hours? :/

      Depends on how high of an orbit. If it’s LEO then it’s one of those really zoomed in face pics, but in high orbit it’s full selfie mode.
