I love this mod, but I'm getting some text in-game that says something to the effect of "Module Manager not found. BDArmoury will not work properly." Where can I find the module manager in question?

For some reason the majority of the time I try to load up my game, it loads up to "HeatShield0" Just fine but then stops. Is there any reason for this and is there any way I can fix it?

Ever since update 1.2, when I try to launch KSP,, it will successfully load until it has to load the heat shields at which time it will freeze. Is there any reason for this?
