I mean the AAM-Radar missile , even though I tried locking on 2 targets at the same time, the missile only aimed at 1 target

I've done everything I know to make the elevator work to get the ground vehicle to Mars, but it doesn't seem to work (the elevator doesn't move), and it says : Cannot toggle Robotics part , Robotics part locked . What should I do to solve these problems? , thanks everyone

Note that's the standard config editor, not the cloud painter as that's not released yet.
Ohh , i have fully installed as per instructions including config but i don't see any cloud in my game
