so now while i;m in game (career) and i go to load save or quickload my list of saves is blank. no new saves are showing up in the list but do seem to be actually saving. i can exit the game and my save is present in the continue saved game section and it loads me up seemingly to my last saved game as normal but when i;m in the space center or in a ship my load save list is completly blank. i tried uninstall and reinstall and deleting my local save from xbox and d/l again from the cloud. no luck. has this happened to anyone else?

i'm just as hesitant and frustrated as the rest of you. i'm worried about losing all progress again in a similar fashion when 2.1 drops. I can't even remember now how many times ive restarted from scratch. luckily i have the patience of a stone and a fascination for space flight and exploration otherwise I would have demanded a refund and fyi I've heard that MS allows one refund per year. so far tonight no crashes and no save wipes but VAB is having some issues. first it was extremely laggy as far as moving your cursor around and wouldn't always register that i was trying to click on a part then suddenly the lag went away. second even though i upgraded the VAB its still acting like i have a 30 part limit and so i have to move things off to the side in order to keep building. very annoying. pre patch i noticed the SPH was doing this but i barely got into building any planes so i didn't care.

as some other posters figured out and reported before the patch took effect a solid workaround was to have the least amount of save game files at a time. I was using only one or two at a time while keeping my ship design saves limited as well and this was working great until the patch wiped those saves clean.hours and hours and hours gone as you all know. i'm suspecting FT knew that was going to happen. 2 and half months working on this patch and they didn't see this coming??? anyway i started a new game last night and will continue to use this tactic and see how it goes. i'll let you know if i lose any save files so far no.

my save was wiped during the conversion process. I tried uninstall and reinstall and still nothing. at least the old bug had a workaround and you could still progress through the game now all my data is just gone.

i'm in the same boat. it actually does connect to the cloud though bc I can find a save file that appears back in the manage game section but like you in game my save list is blank.

Ok so I just installed the console update and followed the instructions to delete my local saved games from the xbox hard drive so my old saves could be converted from the cloud. When I loaded the game back up my save file is no longer in the resume game section ive tried a few reboots but still get nothing. whats the deal squad?? this is turning out to be the most frustrating $40 ive ever spent.

Hello, i'm trying to complete a rescue mission and can't figure out the controls on xbox to switch to the other ship when i'm within 2.5 range. The equivalent of [ and ] on PC. I tried going into the tracking station to board from there but no luck. Ive been able to switch my view to the ship but I had no option to EVA or even a kerbal portrait. Any help? thanks!
