Just to clarrify, has the 2.0 Update resolved the situation with city lights in EVE or is it still an issue?

I did as you said and removed and redownloaded tweakscale, it turned out that was exactly the problem. i hadn't played KSP in a while and thought i was doing a clean install so it's entirely my bad. thanks for the help, sorry for wasting your time!
