Nice mod, I was wondering if you could code this to work on any thing that has a fuel meter, I.E. zoxygene, electrical energy, Etc. Then I could resupply my mun base with power and oxygen besides RCS fuel.

Did I say oxidized helium? I meant to say oxidized Nitrogen, more specifically Nitrogen tetroxide, or N2O4, which is used on the space shuttle OMS/RCS systems. Anyway I have to agree with Steve that what specifically is in the RCS tank is irrevelent

RCS fuel is not just hot air. I believe it is oxidized helium, which is a special propellant. However the ISS mainly relies on electric-powered gyroscopes for primary control.
