i load KSP on Grid power (plugged in) then it freezes on colision, however not plugged in it works fine

@broccoli_32 slight problem... the computer needs a factory reset...which means i will loose everything
(was a Hard-drive, this is why i hate Mechanical Disk Drives and prefer SSDs, corruption of the boot file, bitflips?)

my next mission report will be in RSS, about attempting to build the lowest cost to orbit rockets (basically lowering the cost as much as i can) while still using the others by giving my self an annual budget of 64M funds a year, and all the tech provided in RSS/RO, i plan to create a space faring civilisation (hopefully) getting to the Moon by 1960 (Year 10, the end of the decade) and a moon colony by around 1980 (year 30) and going were ever after that there will be seven distinct phases:
1. LEO tests and satellites
2. communication satellite network and early manned orbital flights
3. lunar orbit tests (unmanned)
4. lunar orbit tests (manned) (with some unmanned Apollo 10 like missions)
5. lunar landing attempts (unmanned)
6. Apollo 10 like missions
7. Apollo 11-17 type missions
