Eve has a thicker atmosphere, yes... BY A LOT! Eve however in KSS is slightly smaller then Kerbin, and has less gravity. More difficult? Yes. Very hard, I don't know, I haven't really tried going to Eve.- 4,170 replies

What happened to the old Kerbaliser thing? Is there any way to download it? If not, is there any other way that I can create a Kerbal, not using USI Kolonisation or similar things by having many different professions?

KSS ads in more planets and stuff then any other known planet pack. And the textures are quite high resolution. My laptop can barely (more me because of lag) handle me landing a 20 part probe on Taythe. I was thinking of the refining process while waiting in a line at costco as types of petrol. Diesel, unleaded, 97, 98, (I don't know what any of these numbers mean).- 4,170 replies

Mind if I copy this and put it on the planet suggestion page on the wiki? When (it probably will be) something like this is added in, the player would likely need to carry parts that refine He3 into He3 that is useable by the plasma engines.- 4,170 replies

Yeah As an interesting fact, the SRX-Flux Plasma engine, as its name suggests is a plasma engine. The evidence of its Avatar base comes from the awesome new particle effect. Both the Venture Star's engines and the Flux engine require big ass radiators, though. Maybe in the future, @StarCrusher96 could add in new ISRU and propulsion parts (excluding the small plasma engine), (hopefully radiators at some point!). @Maffif if you have seen the StarSailor trailer you would likely have noticed the large round helium tanks.- 4,170 replies

Ok... that is quite a lot of mods. Removing most of them should make it better. Ps, I try to play stock with KSS, with minimal mods, only things like KER, and it still takes 4-10 minutes to load.- 4,170 replies

KSS will likely break your existing saves, with ships being chucked around the Kermes Cluster. Currently, there is no way to mine or extract Helium3 from any object, that may be possible in the future (past 0.8), and it would likely come in the form of scooping it up from gas giants, like Voon, Jool and Mesmo. Any parts pack will work with KSS; it adds in interstellar range antennas and engines into the game, so other mods are not required. Kerbalism does not support mods that add in other stars, but Kerbalism comparability will probably eventually come when someone produces a patch or something is intergrated into the mod.- 4,170 replies

KSS is not compatible with 1.4 or 1.4.1. It will work with Kopernicus 1.3.1-3 but no newer releases.- 4,170 replies

You are doing something wrong then. Lower the quality of everything in the settings, and try again. How many mods do you have? I can play KSS basic with scatterer (more laggy then EVE) with 8gb ram. I could probably play Basic, Nova Kirbani, Kerelon with EVE. If the lag is really killing you, try deleting some moons and minor planets, that is what I do and it works quite well.- 4,170 replies
