Hey folks. I am seriously considering discontinuing both of my mods. Ever since I started modding 3 years ago, I've never been happy with my planet packs, and I think it's time for me to let them go.

I'm seriously considering making the center of this system a black hole/main-sequence star binary. Or maybe not. I still worked waaaaay too long on that disk.

If you look closely you can see all three moons.

Just to show that it isn't completely dead, I've made a whole planetary system!
And before you ask, yes it is stable.

Hello everyone.
So I decided to lock my thread as I don't want to update it anymore. The scope of the project keeps changing and it really isn't going anywhere, so I feel as if this was the best choice. It's not dead, just don't expect to hear much about it anymore. Some of the textures will be recycled and used in my other projects, and the others will be kept for a future version of this.
If you still want (occasional) updates on the project, you can join the official Kopernicus Discord. I also might post some status updates occasionally here as well.

I feel the same way. I'm not happy with most of the things I've made.
When you make something, you start from the beginning. You slowly add onto it. But you think it sucks and that you can do better. But since you're the one who made it, You notice all of its flaws before anyone else does. And it sticks out like a sore thumb because they just feel unfixable.
But whatever you chose to do I was you the best of luck.

Fun story:
Whenever i play videogames with a slightest possibility of roleplay, i always start a cult.
The Cult of Nothing
That's what i called it.
But actually, we had something to praise:
It is called ''The crying triangle''.
It doesn't have any edgy subtext to it, or any certain meaning.
In fact, quite the opposite, it means that there is no meaning to a thing.
It basicly means the nothing of something.
But this ''thing'' is not the object of my interest. (even tho i created it)
Especially comparing to the fact of how easily people joined the cult and easily they got along with each other. (not all the time tho, since, you know, there is always a conflict in a group, even if it is not obvious, but you get the point.)
It really shows how people really like to be part of something, even if this ''something'' doesn't have an ideology to follow, logic to reason or cope with, or at the very least a certain thinning aspect to it.
It is just the ''crowd'' feeling that drives a lot of people.
Although i never saw any serious dedication to the cult from any of its followers. What people really liked to do tho, were the sacrifices. They kinda knew that this is pointless and illogical, but they continued to do so. They exclaimed ''For the Triangle!'' and stuff like that when they were doing things.
That shows how often do people join certain groups, just to justify their difficult to justify otherwise actions.
Another thing i noticed, is that sometimes, in the beggining of a small cult, when the amount of people involved is small. Members tend to act a bit xenophobic. Previosly people who were just outsiders, were now called all sorts of things, that i shouldn't really mention here.
That's probably because of the role play factor and the fact that we all really hate each other and just wait for the opportunity to insult/discriminate others.
That's ok, i guess.
And that probably doesn't apply to anyone, or, does it?

Games i did this is (long time ago, i stopped doing)
1. Minecraft
2. DayZ
3. Minecraft PE
4. Free Fire (mobile PUBG rip-off)

What's your opinion?
Have you ever done any social experiments? In games or IRL?
