Hmm... I have only one point - every game with a lot of mods and big community has only one way to survival. It is 3-6 large community-supported modpacks because it makes all stuff much more easier for average players (not mod-grognards). And if you kill modpacks at all it will make situation much more complicated and much more unattractive for average players.

Please dont ban modpacks! There is a lot of various mods, so we are moving to times where user will select between 3-6 major, may be devs approved, modpacks and will not worry about all this compatibility problems. In fact many mod-heavy huge MMO like World of Tanks cant live without modpacks today! And KSP in fact much more mod-dependent.

Nope, guys, you didnt get it. I dont need parts that just rotating constantly. I want "rotating" parts that helps me to build space station with two-modes: "collapsed" (for fitting into payload fairing) and "expanded" (like standard space station like ISS). So i need part that capable to turn 90 degrees all modules that connected next to it.

Results is same with KSPI-E for 1.2.

Solar wind collector doesnt work on any vessel! It print "locked". Last version of KSPI-E, but with 1.2.1. A lot of mods (almost all top 10-15 mods).

It doesnt works. Parts are fine, but there is no menu. Where i can find another mod with extending and turning parts?

I think it doesnt work under 1.2.

How about something bigger and with ability to mount other modules onto them?

I put it on fuel tanks from SpaceY and tried to deploy them on the road to Mun.
