On Europa in RSS there's no atmosphere or ocean, how close a pass do I need to make when I do this mission?

Yeah, no problem. I love RSS. Should have my submission before the end of the Month. Although, I do have pretty much all the parts I need laid out, all I need to do is put them together. So should I not use those parts?

Are we allowed to do it in RO?

Yeah, I also experience it, but that's the only way I can see to fix it without trying to edit the drag factor in the config files.
