  2. Hi, I am playing KSP 1.8 and trying to use Tweak Scale, but something is wrong. In the right click menu on parts, I can see "Scale" behind other options, but no slider, etc. See screenshot. Any ideas how I can resolve this? I love this mod. Thanks so much!
  3. Here's a scenario you guys might find interesting/comical/too realistic. No mods required, or all mods helpful. I'm playing a modified, "American Capitalist" career game, centered around building business on borrowed money and insane levels of unsecured debt. I started a career game, but with all tech, progress, etc. at max setting from the beginning. I'm borrowing from the "Alt F12 Bank" as often and as much as needed to build my program, stations, bases to a functional, desired level, so effectively deficit spending thru the gullible F12 investor until such point as I can begin to manufacture/recover resources to sell back, settle the debt. Of course, any science collected is converted to funds via contract in the Admin Building. Eventually, the tremendous, nearly hopeless debt should be satisfied, and profits gained. Obviously, such a high dollar commodity as Karborundum is of great value in this scenario. If it all falls thru, or I just get tired of trying, oh well. The rich, business un-savvy F12 investor fool is just out of luck. He should have been more careful with his money. Lol. Any suggestions as to how to improve the game?

  6. I have just returned to KSP after a couple of years. It's good to be back. I want to explore the Karborundum (Karbonite+?) mod. I love the Coyote transport ship. I've downloaded the Coyote no problem, but I'm having a hard time finding mods that provide Karborundum fuel for it. I am using KSP 1.8. Are these mods no longer available?
  7. I am trying to figure out why my game keeps crashing when I try to use certain parts, but there aren't any crash logs that I can find. Any ideas?
  8. I found a work around. Delete the 000_Toolbar folder from Game Data folder. Tool bar goes away, and all buttons returned to the stock tool bar. So far, it doesn't appear to have affected any other mods.
  9. Hi @roverdude I love your work, but a couple mods won't load for some reason, USI Exploration Pack and USI Freight Technologies. When the game is loading, it hangs on these parts and will not complete. I have tried removing them and reloading one at a time, but no change. I am running USI Core, USI Tools, and USI Kolonization Systems with no problem. The game version is 1.4.4 Any help is appreciated. Hegemony Cricket UPDATE: Here's a little more info. It appears to be the ducted fan piece in both mods that is what it is hanging on. The hdd stops hitting, but it slowly continues to claim more RAM. I gave it six minutes to load, but didn't move past that point. After trying both individually, I tried clearing the CKAN cache, and downloading fresh copies. No change. Hope this helps. UPDATE: Reinstalled. Problem resolved.
  10. Hi, I prefer to use only the stock tool bar, but this tool bar was a mandatory part of another great mod that I like. I don't mind it being installed, but it keeps grabbing the icons for some other very important mods I use. Please tell me, how do I get my icons back in the stock bar, and prevent it from grabbing any others. Thanks, Hegemony Cricket
  11. I have the Remote tech mod installed and cannot communicate between ships outside of line of sight of the of Mission Control. This is true of both omni and directional antennas. This is true of a manned craft as well. Plenty of electricity is available. Sitting on the launch pad it shows no connection to Mission Control, bar graph and connection light are dark, though the connection seems to work fine. Away from mission control there is no communication between ships, making it impossible to set satellites or strictly automated missions. I can't help but feel there is a setting somewhere that is preventing communication, but I have been through all settings I could find, and saw nothing useful. Any help is much appreciated.
