There'd probably be uprisings. Murders, even. But I doubt it will happen. KSP's main appeal for many people is how you can mod it to be pretty much anything you want. -
Boat propellers!

I don't see why not. There are a few mission concepts where submarine probes (with propellers obviously) would be sent into the oceans of titan. It seems like oceans are the center of attention when looking for life, so why not let us do experiments there? I think if we get boat props then we need plane props too. And if you think about it, electric propeller engines would be really useful on other planets irl, where oxygen isn't available. -

Wow! I need something like that in my space program. I've started to design a tiny 7 ton Minmus Shuttle (using stock-alike mods), which is launched on top of a rocket that is recovered later. Its designed as a ferry between Kerbin and my Minmus base, so has no science and a crew of 3. I've got the shuttle itself working, but the launch stage is pretty tricky. I can only imagine how long it must take to design shuttles like yours.

My laptop is might as-well be from the space race, so it takes about 15-minutes with about 30 mods. (most are just small tweaks, with very few new parts) I think that's pretty speedy. I also somehow manage to run the game at a fairly stable 20fps, albeit with low settings.
