  1. EVE is updated now. Also, FYI, the rainbow effect is on the start screen even with the updated EVE.
  2. Just wanted to drop by and say thanks to@Nertea and team. The textures are looking really good and really adds to the immersion.
  3. In trying another career in 1.11 mostly stock aside from eye candy and a few utility mods, I am building my first horizontal mining rig in 3 modules. Having a realism mindset, my self made rules prohibit outlandish fairing sizes (as much as possible). Utilizing the new build in situ feature, I'm landing my modules, unloading them with a crane, adding wheels and them connect them via docking ports. I'm really enjoying the challenge. While I'm not an expert on the robot parts, my first ever crane seems to work well enough for my situation. I'm including a 60 minute video of the module two mission in which at the point right before connecting the first and second modules, I lost comms. As the module starts to roll away, the brave engineer manages to hold the it in place until comms can be reestablished. Its also at night for the added challenge in landing. I was thinking I could use the already landed craft's lights as reference but should have had landing lights on the ship itself. That would have made a huge difference.   5. Just started playing 1.11 mostly stock but I added realplume and RSE and I have to say WOW! Very very well done on the sounds! Love the sound muffling on the ascent too!
  6. I have noticed this too on the new navigation looking lights. The blink setting does get saved but the colors reset to white on the launchpad.

  8. @Sir MortimerI looked around a bit and didn't find anything on this but any chance we can get support for Universal Storage 2's integrated solar panels? When the craft is loaded it shows under "other" for power but does not produce power in the background. The panels are pretty slick looking.
  9. First time I've done something like this. I setup a KIS mobile seismic experiment since in Kerbalism it takes 14 days. Also shown is my version of the reusable Artemis lander that will be returning to the Munar Gateway to refuel, transfer science and prepare for the next mission.
  10. My bad, I've never really thought about the difference between the KIS/KAS since I always have them installed together. Just thought attaching stuff was KAS related. I see the posts in the KIS thread so I'll watch over there. I did notice that if I dropped the part on the surface and then attach it, it worked. Now I just need to practice this in orbit with the crew tube part.

  16. Hi Jesuit, taking a look at the TETRIX tree for the first time. For the opening node, I'm trying to understand the MK16 parachute placement. Since the MK16 can't be used with Stayputnik would it make sense to swap it with the Mk-2R? Same for Communotron 16 and the 16-S as early flights tend to be more in atmosphere?

  18. Put the engines on a test stand with 1.3.0.1 version and it all sounds good. KSP 1.9.1. No errors or warnings.

  20. I can't thank you enough LGG! I did a quick test in 1.9.1 with the latest realplume/config and it looks like everything is working well.

  22. I created an issue on github for an NRE problem when placing symmetrical tanks and then switching tank type. It only happens when placing the tank while it has liquidfuel or oxidizer and then switching. There is no issue if you place them with tank type mixed. https://github.com/KSP-RO/ProceduralParts/issues/260
  23. I think I’ve seen the same thing. I’ve had one of four panels fall off before. For instance if you add a 4 panel interstage fairing, it will show as 3 + 1 parts in the VAB staging area. If you pull it off and put it right back, it fixes that and doesn’t fall off. Seems like it’s some sort of minor bug.
  24. Today I built an early career space plane and tested the docking procedures with the space station. I love trying to dock from a different view...
