  1. Quick weekly challenge idea: Get a stock plane to Mach 5 (1715 m/s) in atmosphere and land the plane only 2 stages are allowed sounds easy? Here's the twist: No Heatshields No Radiators No Fairings No Rockets Only 2 Engines Allowed On Final Stage I have done this twice
  2. My lads all gave in to the stock STOL idea, but it proved too hard to do (like... literally) So my lads brought out the old Speedbird Mk.III, a disused helicopter after the lads at Administration proved that cars are easier to use and more effective than Helicopters.
  3. Some Kerbals have found a briefcase containing this paper PROJECT COMMSAT LSI PROJECT COMMSAT IS LSI'S NEWEST PROJECT OUR PLAN IS TO SEND COMMUNICATION SATELLITES AROUND CELESTIAL BODIES IN THE KERBOL SYSTEM. THREE SATELLITES HAVE BEEN LAUNCHED AROUND KERBIN: COMMSAT 001, COMMSAT 002, AND COMMSAT 003. COMMSAT 001 IS LOCATED BETWEEN KERBIN AND THE MÜN COMMSAT 002 IS LOCATED BETWEEN THE MÜN AND MINMUS COMMSAT 003 IS LOCATED ON THE EDGE OF KERBIN'S SOI THE SPECIFICS OF THIS PROJECT MUST BE KEPT SECRET TO AVOID COMPETITION Not much else is known about this 'secret' project by 'LSI'
  4. While i've been playing KSP for a few years i only started to delve into the forums now, so... Hello!
  5. Trying to build a stock seaplane based off the Blohm & Voss HA139 ended up crashing the planes because either they flipped on contact or the tail is really fragile (8m/s impact tolerance are you kidding me) so i just scrapped the floats and made a normal plane
  6. Did it! With my new craft: the Albatross III At first my engineers suggested using my already proven Firebird V, until the lads at R&D found a little blueprint dated 1936 while cleaning up the storage. However, floatplanes proved to be too difficult to rush, so the engineers just removed the floats. Simple!
  7. Flying across the sea with a stock plane... should be easy enough, since the objective is to be the most original at it
