  1. Hi a question. I'm trying to replace Mun with a my own custom moon. Until now I have used version 1.7.0 of ksp with kopernicus 1.7.0-1 and everything works. Now I am trying to use KSP 1.7.1 and Kopernicus 1.7.1-5 and at startup I get this message: What should I do to make it compatible? I tried to take a look at the previous pages here, but I did not find an answer (or I missed it most probably due to my limited knowledge of English language) I attach my cfg: Many thanks.

  3. Hi. I'm trying to build my own planet and wondered if it was possible to assign customized scientific reports to objects placed with this mod. I'd like to place some personal easter eggs made by me. If it is feasible, how should I proceed? Thanks.
  4. Other sections are missing, eg the material section of the PQS. Are You tried to use Kittopia and export the minmus config and edit that? There will be a lot more voices, some things you don't need and you'll have to add the template section manually. You can also make changes and see them in real time. Some don't work very well and force you to restart KSP. Always remember to export your planet before closing because nothing you change is saved in the cfg. I did so at some point. Writing the cfg by hand, I couldn't even get it to appear on the map :-D
  5. I am not an expert, I am also at my first attempts. However, try adding the section I put in bold and play a bit with max level detail (but don't overdo it) This voice controls the resolution of the bumps. I can't tell you if it also fixes the other defects.
  6. Thanks for your answer. I just found out where I was wrong. The plugin that I use to save in DDS, has the generation of MipMapping disabled by default. it was simply enough to activate it.

  8. @The White Guardian Hi everyone. I'm trying to create my Moon by replacing Mun. It's my first attempt. I managed to eliminate Mun and make mine appear. I extracted the data of Mun with kittopia but this cfg were not read and nothing append than I tried to follow these videos to the letter but again nothing. So I took a moon from another pack and heavily modified it. This is the result: There are several voices that I don't understand, especially for soil textures. How do I set when to show one rather than the other? These voices what do they do exactly? I'm changing numbers even extreme value, but nothing seems to happen. From what I understand, based on the camera's altitude, it should display the High > Mid > Low textures in sequence, to which you can give different tiling values, Right? Instead, only the High texture (yellow in the screen) appears to me and the SteepTex (red) Any other correction or addition to do?   9. Hi I just updated scatterer to the latest version and noticed some issues with AVP. I did the test on a clean installation of KSP1.6 with only AVP, Kopernicus, EVE and Scatterer 0.054 Jool is semi-transparent and layered. Furthermore the clouds are black and there no purple halos: Also Duna is in layers but it is less evident it is visible only by moving the camera: Eve instead has lost its density, in fact it is possible to see lands and seas: Other planets instead seem fine.   10. problem solved. I took a moon from another planet pack and modified it with Mun's parameters.
  11. Max 1.4.5 for RSS/RO but AVP, if I didn't miss something, is not compatible with rss who has his own visual pack.
  12. Hi everyone it's the first time I try and to start I wanted to replace Mun with Moon. Through kittopia I have extracted the cfg of Mun and then I write this following these video I also wrote this string to delete Mun in another file. This last works perfectly but my Moon is not drawn. Where's the mistake? I inserted these files into GameData\Luna, together the Cache folder (empty) and Textures folder (with inside the chosen texture in DDS DXT1 format 2048x1024 ) Thanks
  13. It works perfectly. You only have to set ckan compatibility for the versions 1.4 and 1.5. One of the dependencies (EVE) is not updated (because it works perfectly) but ckan can not know and therefore also hide all the mods that require the presence of it.

As soon as possible I make a list. by heart, for the crafts in this mission I used: KPBS MKS (inflatable parts) Procedural Parts KW Rocketry Tundra Universal Storage II TAC LS KIS & KAS Interstellar Extended Near Future: Launcher (I think), Solar, and the one with trusses Tweak Scale ..... I forget some for sure :-D then Astronomer visual pack and SVT for graphic
  16. Have you remove the Boulder Co dir from GameData? These are default cloud config of EVE, not necessary with AVP (and probably causing conflict).
  17. This is the first time I transport and assemble a base outside Kerbin. Although on a couple of occasions I had to "cheat" because of sudden bugs ( (just before leaving the base has risen from one side as if there was a storm and after a while, half stuck in the ground, it exploded, but for the video I placed another one on the fly :-D) , and about thirty landing attempts, the mission ended with a success.
  18. I divided it into 2 parts, the base is composed of 7 pieces then hung on 2 truss, DunaBASE A and B and sent to Duna. In the video we see the landing of the B, 62 tons of payload My first base on Duna. Many, Many, Many mods used :-D
  19. Hi at all I'm having trouble moving from one ship to another when I'm in the map view. Unfortunately, not always clicking on the ship makes the right menu appear with the command "switch to" but appears to create the nodes. So, is there a mod that adds the list of ships in flight whit the option to switch to the selected one? Something like the Advanced Tracking Station Mod, but for the map view Thanks
