I believe the real challenge is to visit the things, not finding them, so it looks fine enough for me.

I've caught a Comet (i hope its a Comet, Orbit extends from Kerbin to Jool Orbit) How far the orbit should extend to count as an Interstellar Comet ? (I tracked a Comet that extends to 1.1 Terameter) Edit : Got 1 Comet and 1 Probably Interstellar Comet, proof coming soon

Moho isn't so difficult to get to if we approach it in the right way...but it won't change the fact that its still hardest to reach in Stock game, capture can be 2500 at lowest using direct approach from Kerbin.
